Next thing I know we and contracted FOOD POISONING that night around 8:00 PM. First I notice my stomach bloating really badly and of course diarrhea and vomiting. I couldn't sleep well that night from being sick. Next morning my niece calls and ask, "hey are you sick"? I'm like heck yeah we BOTH had the same symptoms. I call Pancho Taco Mexican Restaurant and the so called manager didn't apologize for one, nor did he want to rectify the issue. He literally said, "What do you want me to do"? I said excuse me?? Because I'm lost, how are you going to rectify this? "He says he's not"! I said what sir, we come here quite often since being here this past year, karaoke, lunch, dinner dates, my niece comes for margaritas with her siblings and friends and you don't want to at least refund me and my niece's cost of dinner (not knowing at the time my daughter was sick that night also and my five year old niece) since we ate the same thing and live separately and NEITHER ONE OF US ATE ANYTHING EARLIER THAT DAY... He told me no and never!! I'm like sir I paid $80 and I'm not asking for anything but our portions. He continues to say no!! Next myself, my niece and her daughter goes to urgent care and ALL THREE OF OUR STOMACHS WERE RUMBLING the doctor said and gave us Zoltan and said we had to let it run its course. It's so crazy we have a place that got us all sick and I'm getting backlash over $30 or so bucks and he's claiming the chicken and steak was cut differently and there's no way. I'm like sir my daughter is sick and she doesn't even eat meat, and there is a such thing of cross contamination. But it's okay I'll just call the Mansfield Ontario Richland County Health Department and contact the Usda Food Safety And Inspection Service

The appetizers were very flavorful and hot. I got the cheesy bread and it was so cheesy and delicious. The 6 inch pizzas were just the right size for one person. I had also ordered the penne pasta bake and it was fantastic because it had the right amount of sauce, penne, and two giant meatballs which were equally as filling. Brooke, who was our host and waitress, was very nice, very kind, and engaging. At the end of our experience, the little Andes Chocolate Mints were a hit.

There is enough food that both Richelle and I went home with half a burger and some fries. Our server was nice, but the speed of service was a little slow. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, we actually never made it past the host stand so I can't say what the inside is like, but the outside was beautiful. One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. I've always seen menu items that say buy the kitchen a 6 pack, and this was the first time ever I did. We got the lettuce wraps to start, then got a pizza, wings, pasta, and a burger for our entrees, and carrot cake to go. The lettuce wraps were fantastic and had a lovely kick to them. All of our entrees were exceptional and plenty leftover to take to our hotel. The only thing we didn't absolutely love was the carrot cake, but it was still good.

Pancho's has been open for about three years now, and you can tell they've put a lot of thought into making it welcoming. The restaurant is cutely decorated with Mexican paintings and tasteful little knickknacks, giving it a comfortable, relaxed feel. Even though it was New Year's Day, it wasn't packed -- but there was a nice steady crowd, which is always a good sign. We were seated quickly, greeted right away, and brought complimentary chips and salsa. Both were fresh and really good -- the kind you keep reaching for. I ordered the Pancho's Burrito, which lets you choose your protein. I went with taco meat. It comes loaded with fajita veggies (peppers and onions) and normally topped with red enchilada sauce, but I asked to swap that out for queso cheese sauce instead. There was a small upcharge, but it was totally worth it. The burrito also came with rice and beans, and all of that for $13.99 felt like a great value. The burrito was huge and absolutely delicious -- I could barely finish it. My wife ordered the Pancho's Combo, which included a chicken soft taco, a steak hard taco (she swapped it for ground beef), and a chicken enchilada. It was served with rice, lettuce, sour cream, cheese sauce, and guacamole. She said everything was really good and cooked perfectly. To top it off, we finished with churros, which were cooked to order and served warm with honey and chocolate dipping sauce. A perfect ending to the meal. Service was fast and friendly, thanks to Rina, who did a great job taking care of us. I honestly wish this place was closer to where we live because I'd be here a lot more often. Next time I'm traveling through the area and looking for something to eat, Pancho's Tacos will definitely be my go-to spot. Highly recommend!
