We were able to have chips and cracks repaired on one of our cars back in March 2020. Fast forward to December 2020 and we needed another chip repaired. We waited for a week, were unable to get the repair done. It was necessary to enlist another vendor to repair the glass. The other vendor only had us waiting just over three hours. If we have a reason to use this type of service again, rest assured there will not be a week wasted. There was also a delay in the service back in March. Two stars, "could've been better". Just don't want to wait so long on such a service with little or no communication. read more

I'm going to keep this short and simple! Keith was fantastic! Made an appointment and he was there on schedule. He Kept me posted the day he was coming and gave me a courtesy call when he was en route. He also accepts texts... He truly is amazing at what he does. He fixed my brand new windshield that I cracked on the 99... luckily a friend referred me to him and it was the right choice! Put this guy on the Map! God bless his self employed business! read more

good guy and fair prices. showed up at my work and got me all fixed up and the repair is holding up well

My wife and I were on a roadtrip from northern California and visited family in Bakersfield when we got nailed on the freeway from a rock to our windshield. My wife found Keith on Yelp and we couldn't have been more pleased with his timely response and professional service. His mobile service is a huge time-saver and the price was very reasonable. We were curious about how the repair process worked and he explained it in detail while performing the job. You really don't need to call anyone else for chipped windshield repairs; we highly recommend Keith! read more

This review is a little late. Keith from SuperGlass helped me out this past November and he did a great job. The repair is barely noticeable. Pricing was fair and service was prompt. I will definitely be recommending Keith and SuperGlass to anyone who needs windshield repairs. read more

Keith's reviews speak for themselves. He does excellent work and provides exactly the level of professional care you're looking for when having your windshield repaired. He took an older crack with some dirt and foreign particles in it and made it almost disappear. Had I not waited so long to have it repaired, I don't think you would be able to tell where the fix was done at all. The system he uses (SuperGlass...?) is great, but what really stands out is his positive attitude and emphasis on quality. Pretty hard to find! Use him. read more

Keith does it again! His work is exceptional. Another rock hit my windshield leaving a small crack. I called Keith & we set up an appointment 2 days later due to the rain. He fixed it in about half an hour & you can't even tell there was ever a crack there. I love how he cleans the windshield too, very kind! read more

Keith is the real deal!! Super flexible. I was enroute to Bakes & I needed a chip repair done. I contacted Keith and scheduled to meet at Walmart on Panama (He is a mobile service). Super friendly, professional and most of all quality workmanship. I swear, you can't see the chip anymore (was 'quarter-sized'). I didn't think it was possible! Process took about 25 minutes, cost $50 out the door and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend and use Keith again, but hopefully won't need to! read more

Well I had a chip and about 2.5 inch crack at the edge of my car's windshield, I went to 2 big shops in Bakersfield and they offered to replace it as they cant repair it. I called Keith and he came to repair it in the same day. He did great job on it and as the chip was in the edge which is not easy and in most cases they decide to change the windshield, he got it good and promise if it's cracked he will be happy to refund what I paid. Im really happy with his job and his customer service skill. Layth read more

After having a sign fly up and hit my car driving down the 99 I was sure my windshield would need replaced. My insurance recommended Keith at Superglass and he was out the next day. Although he did scratch his head at the awkward way my windshield had been cracked and was sure I would need it replaced, he didn't hesitate to try and tackle the problem. He is by far one of the nicest and knowledgeable glass repair technicians I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend his services to friends and family. Hopefully I don't need repairs in the future, but if I do this will be the first number I call! Thanks again Keith for making a tough situation so easy! read more
