After getting a chip in my windshield on my 2017 F-250 July 2023, I had to have my windshield replaced after it began to run. I called on Auto Glass Pros to do the work. They were very professional and had the window replaced promptly. One year later (July 2024) while we were in Seattle for a month, during one of their rain showers, I noticed there was a small amount of water on the left side of window. When we returned, I made contact with Auto Glass Pros (Isaac). He came out and inspected the window. Without hesitation, even after 1 year, he and his crew removed the windshield, resealed it and all was done within an hour. The guys were very good. They saved the windshield and there was no charge. I called Isaac on Monday gave him my preferred day- they were able to accommodate me. That morning they called and let me know that the replacement windshield arrived damaged so they ordered a second. They picked up the new windshield same day and were at my house an hour later. Well, I thought I would be safe with a 4.8 star rating but wow was I wrong. Owner caused damage to my vehicle and then tried to tell me it was already there... my vehicle's brand new. Then he acted like he was going to help me to get it fixed but now he doesn't answer his phone. The owner is not professional and basically just a sleezebag. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Who knows how many other people he's done this too. EDIT- Owner did the job, didn't take pre inspection pictures until about 30 minutes into the job after he did the damage (I watched) and then claimed he took those pictures before the job when I went to check to see how he was doing and saw the damage.
