Everyone my husband encountered was super friendly and helpful. The replacement took our vehicle being out of service at the location for about 3-4 hours that morning. Next day, I called around 1pm to ask if the window had arrived and request the additional service of having the window replaced at my location. Unfortunately they said they were fully booked that day so they would send their guy until the following day. Maintenance guy was awesome. Job was done incredibly quick. He did clean up a lot of the glass, but not all. To be fair, I'm not sure (and I didn't bother to ask) if the clean up was included. Overall, good service.
