Unfortunately they said they were fully booked that day so they would send their guy until the following day. Maintenance guy was awesome. Job was done incredibly quick. He did clean up a lot of the glass, but not all. To be fair, I'm not sure (and I didn't bother to ask) if the clean up was included. Overall, good service. I didn't realize the tint was a little lighter than the original until after, but I'm happy to have resolved the issue quickly. Would recommend.

I drop it off and arrange transportation. They then call me later and say they won't replace the windshield because they can't calibrate the cameras. They knew it had cameras and charged for a calibration. I said to replace the windshield and I can just turn the cameras off if they aren't calibrated and I can have the calibration done by the dealership, but they won't because they think it's unsafe. Most cars on the road today and through history didn't have safety cameras! Yet they think in this case it's be too dangerous, even though they're currently working on other cars without cameras. Very bad business. The employer I was talking to could also barely speak English. I'd go somewhere else.

The technician had great communication, was on time, and made sure to walk through all the important stuff including showing us how the last guy installed the windshield using a skimpy amount of sealant.
