The only Belgium chocolatier in CT!…read more I have been seeing this place all of my Instagram and finally made my way down to Fairfield to try it. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! First off, one of the owners Sylvie, is such a gem! She was the most kind person and shared so much about the business. You can tell she loves what she does. All of the other workers were just as lovely and helpful. There are so many chocolate items to choose from such as chocolate bars, ice cream, Belgium coffee/hot chocolate, and individual chocolate pieces. They have some samples for folks to try in case you don't know which one to get. My personal favorite was the Belgium flag chocolate as well as the cookie butter chocolate bar. Everything here tastes super gourmet. The space is a little small and only has 2 tables, so it doesn't make for a good place to hang out. But it's a good place to go if you ever want to watch someone make chocolate. You can see all of the stuff they make in house :) I would come back to get more goodies for myself and gifts for others!

Plain, Chocolate, Choc/Raspberry, Almond, Almond/Choc, Croissant Donuts and Croissant donut holes. But wait there's more! Brioches, chocolate Plies, Pinwheels, fruit turnovers, Cinnamon Rolls, Coffee Cakes, Danishes, Beignets, Scones, Fruit Tarts, Palmiers. The list goes on and on and I haven't even gotten to their cookies, macarons, baguettes, rolls, challah, cakes, quiches, and sandwiches. The ordering line for baked goods was around five deep, which gave me plenty of time to check out the goods.
