Solid place for quick Chinese - recommended for carry out or delivery far more than dining in. Tables and chairs inside are decent for dining in if you have nowhere to go, but it clearly is a business intended to order over the phone and pick up on your way home or just have delivered directly. Service is aimed that way too, it seems - folks tended a bit more to the phone than me trying to decide what I wanted. Menu is pretty massive and you can get a wide variety of combinations. I was happy with my selection of orange chicken and vegetable lo mein, but it was super greasy so if you're not into that you may want to look elsewhere. (But I think you run that risk in any carry out oriented Chinese restaurant.) I'd definitely order here again for something quick while I'm out, but definitely would look into some other options if meeting up with anyone else unless we want something *very* low key. read more

Ching Garden - Orange chicken with a side of vegetable lo mein. Lots of food, definitely had leftovers the next day! - Chinese Near Me - Greenwood, Indiana

Food was over priced and was not worth it they jacked their prices through the roof 20.00 for 1 plate of food no egg rolls nothing!! I can go to Texas Roadhouse and have a steak dinner and bread and a lot bigger serving we have been going here for 10 years until today no more!!! read more

Shrimp not deveined = absolutely disgusting Noodles that looked like grub worms. Crab Rangoon with NO crab + fried too long. The only star I can honestly give them is guest attention. read more

This is the best beef lo mein I have ever had!! The guy at the counter was very helpful and nice. I literally just got it a d it is still hot. Love this place and I will be back there again 10/10 service!! 10/10 for food, it was made fresh after I ordered!! read more

Ching Garden - 47. Beef Lo Mein - Chinese Near Me - Greenwood, Indiana

DO NOT GO HERE! Have always had a decent experience until today! The staff were rude The chicken was tough The 'pork fried rice' did not have any pork The price was exorbitant for the quality of the food. DO BETTER! read more

The to go lady that answers the phone is so nice and helpful! We ordered General Tso's chicken $ rice and it was delicious!! Try it!!

I stopped here for takeout one Friday evening. The combo dinners are great - you get an entree, fried rice and an egg roll, which most places don't automatically give you. The egg roll was five stars! I'd go back and just order several of those for dinner next time. Beef and broccoli was about the same as most of the other take out places I've had. Good flavor, they put carrots in it too, which I like. Really, the only downside to the dish was the rice. It wasn't bad, but it lacked a little flavor. I would eat here again though and try something different for more variety. read more

Ching Garden - Beef and broccoli with pork fried rice and an egg roll - Chinese Near Me - Greenwood, Indiana

This is awful! Makes me feel sick just looking at that! It was from the egg roll! Do better Ching garden on St Rd 135 in Greenwood! read more

Ching Garden - When the bottom of your Chinese food order looks like this ... DISGUSTING - Chinese Near Me - Greenwood, Indiana

The food is always good here. Best crab Rangoon in town! Hunan chicken is great. Tried the Szechuan chicken and wasn't too impressed. But most everything else has been good. read more

Gross, ordered the general chos chicken, hot and sour soup and egg rolls and nothing was good besides the rice and that's the only thing that was edible. Entree was soggy and over breaded. Soup had no tast at all the the egg rolls tasted like old cabbage. Take a word of advice go to egg roll #1 in Greenwood. read more

DISGUSTING. What's going on with these chinese places lately? I switched to this one because the last place, meat was raw. The meat at THIS place is also so undercooked it's literally raw. I thought my bourbon chicken was SHRIMP it was so raw. So gross. Barely cooked the chicken at all and it just aggravates me. Also the crab rangoon had some really weird clear/white substance to use as glue, had no idea what it was. read more

good food and the people that say the food sucks your wrong and picky and the service is good and the people are kinda and have a menu

this place is very good the chicken and pork fried rice are amazing and to all the people who say this place is bad they just need to stop fucking being picky read more

FOOD BE BUSSIN BUSSIN. Amazing food, Customer service amazing, and there very nice

Great food Good service. Mainly a take out restaurant. We mainly get chicken fried rice, General Tso's chicken w steamed rice. They will make the order specific to your requests read more

Service is amazing, the young men working the counter are always so nice. The food was the best Chinese we have had since moving to Indiana, General Tso's, and Orange Chicken is amazing. The crab ragoon is delicious, as are the fried wontons. Quick service, and quality is great. We will be revisiting Ching Garden. read more

I've searched far and wide for a Chinese takeout place that can even start to compete with Ching Garden and I think it's impossible. My family and I have been coming here for over a decade and the quality of the food never waivers. The crab rangoons are super plump, the teriyaki chicken is perfectly cooked, the broccoli in my beef or chicken and broccoli is always tender but still crisp and never ever over sauced. The folks who work here too are consistently friendly as well and will help you find substitutions if you can't eat something in one of their meal sets. read more

Their shrimp and broccoli is gross and dry. Barely comes with any sauce. Plus, when you order delivery or DoorDash it, they never send any soy sauce or mustard. Why should I ask for it? It's a chinese restaurant. That should be a given. read more

Fast friendly and priced right easy access in and out food was perfect and I will return for more. the taste of the dish was as it should be hot not sweet like most other so called Chinese restaurants serve . I've tried many ,I don't review them if they are not worthy unless you could give a five star negative review then I won't wast time of anyone read more

We ordered egg foo young and Hunan chicken. To go. The food was delicious and still hot when we got home. Pleasant surprise the hunan chicken had actual thin slices of chicken! No guesses about the meat! The first time we have not had any leftovers! read more

They have Great service, great food and for a fair price. I have eaten there a lot over the years and will continue to.

Chicken smelled funny. Very chewy and didn't taste right. Better off going elsewhere.

Their chicken dishes are decent but their pork fried rice is to die for. All of their fried rice options outshine anything else on the menu. I highly recommend giving them a try for their rice alone. read more

Excellent Chinese takeout for the price! They also deliver, and very promptly. We had a couple of chicken fried rice orders and some crab ragoons. They were both excellent! They also take credit cards over the phone! Great Food - Great People! read more

When I don't feel like cooking - this is the place to go! My husband threw out my menu, so I had to call and quiz them on what I wanted to order and he guessed it in 3 questions. My food was ready in a matter of minutes and dinner was a success, as usual! read more

This place was very okay. Staff was noticeably friendly and polite. Walked in, ordered and waited just 10 mins for my takeout. My order was correct. Food was okay, nothing overly impressive. Good place if you're looking for cheap, fast, basic Chinese takeout. read more

Food is okay but rude service is not tolerable for me to return!! I have lived is this small Community for the most of my life and we don't need business like this here! Be humble! read more

I have driven by this location several times but have never eaten there before this week. We got the sweet and sour chicken and general tso's chicken along with chicken fried rice and egg rolls. The food was very good, service was good. Will try more food and adjust the review as appropriate. read more

Only Chinese place that delivers in my area...but that's a good thing. This place is great, consistent, and worth every penny I spend. I've been ordering from them for over 5 years and will continue as long as they stay in business or I move. read more

I've ordered delivery from here a dozen times, and haven't had any complaints. It's a solid Chinese delivery place. There are a million like it across America, with virtually the same menu, layout, etc. Some of these places are slightly better than others, some are actually pretty gross...this one is right in the meaty party of the bell curve. Because it is the nearest place to my house, I feel fortunate. read more

This place is a hidden gem. Don't be fooled by the white dudes working the counter. If you look closely behind them are Chinese food perfectionists! I have yet to have a bad meal here, always great, fresh, and hot! Oh and they deliver! What!!!?? read more

Great food at great prices, the portions are enough to last a few days to boot! I'd only have to say that the delivery service for take out orders could be a bit better, I will get told 20-25 minutes but usually don't get my food for about 45 minutes to an hour, but it's all worth the wait and still don't have a problem giving the driver a good tip. They have a large variety on there menu so there is always something to match your appetite. Would gladly recommend to anyone having a craving for good Chinese food. read more

In my experience, a maybe somewhat better than mediocre Chinese take out place. The service inside the restaurant has always been friendly, but I'm a little disappointed that they don't deliver to the southern half of Bargersville (south of 144) where there are many homes. The food quality used to be better several years ago. I wouldn't consider it one of the best. Not bad food by any stretch of the imagination, but if you want outstanding Chinese food, go to China Garden at Southport and Madison. It's worth the drive! read more

I LOVE this place. Do not be deceived that it sits in a plaza between a dry cleaner and a subway... I've never had a bad meal here in 12 years. I lived in greenwood for a few years and happened upon it because it was close to my house in center grove. Then I moved downtown and missed it so much I would actually drive down to get it on occasion. Then I moved to Bloomington....and now whenever I'm passing through I stop. The food is great, the prices are unbeatable and the people are SO NICE. Pro tip: $5 lunch specials until 3pm through the week. My favorite are the moo shu pork, Mongolian beef, sesame chicken, and shrimp with garlic sauce. I prefer the white rice, but the fried rice is good as well. Also. You want the Crab Rangoon. Do it. No matter what you order. Happy eating!!! read more

The food was absolutely disgusting. I guess ordering close to closing time was my mistake. I ordered sesame chicken and got general tsos chicken with sesame seeds sprinkled on top. Who does that?? The reason I gave them at least a star was because the crab Rangoon was good. Never will I order from here again. read more

Very good Chinese food best delivery food that I have found around St Rd 135. The best Crab wontons!

Excellent food. Stopped going to the one in Franklin and started going here. And love that they deliver.

Very tasty and fast! We have had 2 take outs & each one was quite fresh and of good quality.

This food was very bland. Pepper steak with onion was just big chunks of raw onion with a few small pieces of meat. It was pretty much inedible. Wonton soup had no flavor and the wontons were mush. Lo mein was dry and bland. The crab rangoon was good. Chicken with broccoli was ok. Sorry Ching Garden but I will be going to Long River from now on! read more

A cookie cutter, hole in the wall, Chinese restaurant. They're all the same. They all use the same menu printed in grean and red ink and just change the restaurant name at the top... No surprises, except when I walked in to get my order, the Chinese children sitting at a table (I'm assuming they're the owner's kids) weren't eating Chinese food but rather McDonalds. What does that say about what they're offering? It was just okay. I've had better. I've had worse. read more
