When I asked if they could guarantee the car would not smell like smoke, he basically said, "If you call for a car, I'll find you a car." When I tried to clarify again, he said, "Never mind," and hung up on me. This is rude and unprofessional. Asking for a non-smoking car is a very basic and reasonable request, especially for passengers who are sensitive to smoke or traveling with family. If a company cannot guarantee it, they can simply say so politely instead of hanging up on a customer. I would not recommend their service based on this experience.

I never gotten any email confirmation so I decided to give them a call a day prior to confirm the pick up. When I called them (The operator was very rude) they acted like they didn't receive any request. After a while they are finally able to find my reservation. However, they said they can't provide any driver and vehicle info until 40mins prior the pickup and ask me to back again at that time. Here was the worst part! They called me a day before the pick up and told me that they were unable to find driver and ask him to find other pickup elsewhere. Fortunately, we are able to find an Uber and make it to the airport on time. This company caused us allot of unnecessary stress. DO NOT use them.

What I mean by that is that they have a sense of entitlement where they think they can take up 2 seats and not let their fellow passengers sit down next to them. Definitely better than the subway though. I often times will take the BM4 or BM1 even though it's not that convenient and drops me off quite a distance from my apartment. The trade-off is my fellow passengers are much more considerate, and overall it's a much more pleasant ride.

At $6, I don't take it every day, but the extra $3.25 is worth it when I need a break from my usual crowded subway commute. Just to know I have it as an option, even if I don't choose it, gives me a sense of control in a system that usually overwhelms. Downside besides the price is that the bus comes inconsistently, so there sometimes a wait for the downtown or the Midtown, depending on which one you want. In the hot weather, there's not always enough space in the shade to wait outside of the sun.
