What I mean by that is that they have a sense of entitlement where they think they can take up 2 seats and not let their fellow passengers sit down next to them. Definitely better than the subway though. I often times will take the BM4 or BM1 even though it's not that convenient and drops me off quite a distance from my apartment. The trade-off is my fellow passengers are much more considerate, and overall it's a much more pleasant ride.

It's like he's thirsty for business. This past experience he accused me of making a mistake on my itinerary when I advised him that the pick up address was incorrect and he told me to just cross it off and write in the correct city. I then decided to go with another company and when I informed him he got upset and accused me of using him to get a better quote elsewhere. He Then kept going back and forth with me via email stating unnecessary and unkind things and proving I was correct to go elsewhere.
