Just throwing up a good review because this place came through in our time of need. Christmas night, the restaraunt had no phone service and couldn't process credit cards thanks to the Nashville Bombing, still they prepared my order based on an unpaid online order and were very kind when I went to pick it up. I had to run all over town trying to find cash because the ATMs were also down. The lady behind the counter was very patient and kind. When I finally had the cash, I got my food and it was still hot. I ordered a Kung pao chicken and Szechuan chicken with white rice and they were both very good. Standard American Chinese food. I liked that they had little hot sauce packets because my only complaint with this kind of Chinese food is that the items labeled spicy are never actually spicy. Both dishes came with yummy vegetables, the sauce was fine, and the fried kung pao chicken was really crispy and delicious. This food was standard. It all tasted good. It was ready quickly. It was hot. It fed me and my husband. The staff at the restaraunt were nice. Couldn't ask for more. read more

The only good item in my order was the Egg Foo Yung...just the egg foo yung...the gravy was horrible..tasted burnt and WAY too much soy sauce and then had black pepper..a LOT of it. The fried dumplings were actually deep fried..have never seen that in any restaurant.. Usually just fried in a wok on one side..these were crunchy..and the filing bland. Also ordered kung pau chicken combo plate..I think they forgot the peppers.. No spice at all..the fried rice was 'okay', nothing to brag about. Oh, and the kung pau sauce was also burnt tasting..bitter! Won't try again since none of it was really good. .... definitely a No for me. First and last time eating here. The white rice is gummy, overcooked and just wet. I ordered the beef low mein and beef with Chinese vegetables. The noodles in the lowmein are a little overly cooked, it is very bland. It has no flavor. The cabbage and carrots are severely overcooked. No crunch to them whatsoever. I had high Hope's for the beef w/chinese vege. But was disappointed. The vegetables are crisp within this dish though.. but the gravy has a weird taste to it and is also flavorless. Not good. Just not good. I am not sure how you can be so bad. My husband bit into something hard then tasted cleaner in his general TSO chicken towards the end of him eating it, in the trash it went. and before that he just wasn't enjoying it, said it was the worst he's ever had. I ordered the general TSO tofu which I absolutely love at other Chinese restaurants, and the sauce came on the side???? Like completely? Which is not done anywhere else, and the tofu was just super super fried and plain. So just fried tofu and steamed broccoli with no sauce on it. The rice tasted old. I ordered the general tso chicken combo and it was COMPLETE GARBAGE. I'm 1000% sure this darn lady gave me an order that was a few hours old. Oily, mystery meat, everything bland, undercooked (supposedly fried) rice, the absolute WORST Chinese food EVER! ...Mad I deviated from King Mao...disappointed that I even tipped, after being charged $3 for delivery, and I am only a little over a MILE away...The wonton soup was even mysteriously horrible, served with stale chips! Did I say disgusting? Pros: My order of pepper steak with onion came as I specified: No green pepper. Delivery was fast, because they have no other customers I bet (I ordered at noon). The lady whom delivered was polite. Cons: Beef and Broccoli, I requested well-done, had understeamed broccoli, and some thinly-sliced, chewy, brown meat or cat Pepper steak had no pepper, nor could it be beef Mush inside wontop soup, with a water broth and a few spring onions floating Egg roll was super thin, dripping with the greasiest oil ever, and just horrible. This place is one of the only chinese restaurants open late(ish) for pick up and delivery. The staff are really friendly, and the location is neat and clean. I ordered chicken and vegetables with white rice and the sauce on the side and my order was exactly that, I usually will get the chicken and broccoli with rice but sauce on it. When I opened the container the chicken just smelled really funky, and it didn't taste that good, neither did the vegetables. Without the sauce It was kind of unbearable to eat. My family and I just moved to Clarksville from Atlanta.. we still don't know what place is good for dinner or what not... I went online and saw this place and read some reviews, it seemed like this restaurant was not that bad, I decided to call in a order for delivery, the woman who took the call was very rude, I told her I was new to the area and asked her what she recommended from the menu she said "I don't know I don't like this food" so my first thought was should I hang up.. lol somehow I decided to go ahead and still place an order.. what a mistake.. I ordered a large order of pork noodles and a large order of general tsos chicken.. it was definitely a bit pricey.. after I ordered the lady told me 45 mins to and hour I was like wow that long for that ok... it took about an hour and some change before I got my food.. the noodles where dried and the white rice was definitely old rice.. the chicken was not even chicken.... it was breading wtf... that really pissed me off to be honest.. I still gave the guy $5 bucks even though I knew they didn't deserve it... I will never go back and will never recommend this to anyone, overpriced fake food... very disappointing.. read more

Ok, seriously these guys have completely exceeded normal chinese take out. The cleanliness and thoughtful preparation really made the difference. We sampled the menu and tested the chefs with several ingredient switches and substitutes, with no issues. This is a solid establishment which was bookmarked after only one visit. The girl working the counter said the food was good because "They are from NYC." Interesting enough, she was correct. We ordered the crab Rangoon appetizer and split the general tso's. If you get the combo it comes with rice & an egg roll. We also ordered their homemade sweet tea which came in this giant to go container for $2. It was very sweet, but really good! The food was amazing. I ate so much I felt sick, but I just couldn't stop. I rarely eat Chinese but was so glad we splurged that day!! Oh, and they deliver! Visiting family in Clarksville we stopped in around 10pm. The food was hot, fast and portions very generous. You definitely get your money's worth here! Service was friendly. My first time ordering here and used delivery. The PuPu platter was so over cooked you couldn't chew the chicken on a stick or the chicken wings. No ribs in the platter. We ordered: - Chicken Fried Rice: zero flavor and on the drier side - Veggie Lomein: Slightly greasy, lacked flavor, despite having added all the typical sauces (note that I had specifically requested for the noodles to be spicy) - Egg drop soup: Ok, not bad. Though it is tough to mess up this soup. - Fried noodles to add to the soup: Disgusting, swimming in oil, and not crunchy at all Overall, I don't recommend this. This is probably the worst Chinese food in Clarksville. I usually get China One but I was being lazy and didn't want to drive so I figured I'd give this place a try. Worst mistake ever it was a complete waste of money. I ordered beef lo mein and sweet and sour chicken. The noodles were mushy and cold and the chicken was burnt and cold. I only live a few blocks away so there is no reason why it shouldn't have at least been hot. This entire order went directly into the trash can. read more

We came here due to its high reviews. When we walked in my wife wanted to jet back out because is not what we are use to for Chinese. I decided to give it a shot and the place is totally worth it. Great combinations for a good price with great flavor. I also found out they do delivery which it is very convenient for us. I will definitely come back for lunch or something. Called to tell them and they tried to justify it saying the driver tried to called because he couldn't find it. No excuses. AWESOME! The food is always cooked just as we ask. They will accommodate just about any changes you want to /need to make to a dish. I have several dietary needs and this is the only Chinese take out place in the area and in the area that works with me and also does not make me feel good In Clarksville Tennessee I feel it's the best in town. The service is always very respectful and nice. Delivery is slow. But most of the time the food is worth the wait. As usual it is Americanized Chinese food not authentic.
