Nope, this ain't it!! I am from Massachusetts where the Chinese food is great. I hate to say it, but this is some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Not sure if there's just a different standard in the South or if the buffet had anything to do with it? All of the food I tried tasted "manufactured" for lack of a better term. Like it was made in a machine instead of a kitchen. One of my favorite items up North are crab rangoons, and here they call them cheese wontons (I nearly fainted haha)! Anyways, they tasted just as flat as they looked and almost like they were uncooked in comparison to the fried & fluffy ones I'm used to. The dumplings and vegetable lo mien noodles were OK but the vegetables were missing. Just like the "pork fried rice" was just rice. Walked in and the ambiance and selection were impressive. The food however was terrible. Every expense was spared to create quantity over quality. For a $100 evening for four I expected better. One of the better Chinese buffets in greater Charleston! I can't believe they have fried oysters, and they replenish the buffet frequently. If I have to be nit‑picky, though, there was too much batter. I had to peel some off, or else I'd have a cardiac arrest. Don't waste your money. We tried to like this place; we gave them several tries. The Mongolian BBQ was tasteless, little sauce, the vegetables were barely cooked. The broccoli was still room temperature. The only thing worse than the plate of food was the attitude of the chef preparing it. There's a nice fish tank by the door--it's not disgusting and dirty like I've seen at other places. It was pretty busy but we were seated immediately. They offer the typical buffet options, rice, noodles, chicken, egg rolls, etc. The buffet was clean. One of the employees was walking around wiping off excess food and stirring the food.
