We used to be regular customers at China Town in LaFollette and always enjoyed eating there, but after our experience on Father's Day, we won't be returning. Our almost 2-year-old son was eating with us, and like most toddlers, he can be a messy eater. A few noodles ended up on the floor, and the male server gave our child a dirty look that made it seem like he was disgusted with him. Families with young children should not be made to feel unwelcome or judged over normal toddler behavior. The service overall was disappointing. Throughout our entire meal, no one ever came by to offer drink refills or check on us. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were very dirty and clearly needed attention. We were disappointed because we had been loyal customers for a long time, but after this experience, we have decided not to come back. was very disappointed with my experience at Chinatown Cafe. Our server was rude and seemed irritated with my 1-year-old son after he accidentally dropped some noodles on the floor. Toddlers make messes, and I expected a little more patience and understanding from someone working in customer service. Instead, the interaction made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We came to enjoy a family meal but left feeling upset. I hope the restaurant will encourage its staff to be more understanding toward families with young children. read more

Ate here for years service is always good, food is always better and more consistent than Kings Buffet. Atmosphere is calm and quiet.

I debated about eating here, since there was one good review and one bad. I'll start with the good: very friendly service. The not so great: my hot & sour soup was neither hot(spicy) or sour ot hot(temp). That was the most bland hot & sour soup I've ever had. The egg rolls were quite yuck. I've had better egg rolls from the grocery store. Zero flavor. My entree was Kung pao chicken. It was ok, but here's my biggest gripe...I did not order the buffet. I ordered a meal. I expected my meal to be prepared fresh. Nope. My server dished all mine & my mother's food from the buffet. Along with that, my chicken dish had chunks of beef from whatever dish was on the buffet next to the Kung pao chicken. I won't be back. read more

The best little secret in Jacksboro!! This gem is located in the Woodson mall right beside Food Lion, with all you can eat buffet and pick up service. The food is fantastic!! The buffet is filled with all the typically choices, with a few extras and always piping hot. Pick up is extremely fast. A few favorites are the coconut shrimp, chicken and mushrooms and crab rangoon! If you haven't been there already, check it out, you will not be disappointed!! read more

This place is no hidden gem for me. They have a small selection of food and it's not very good. The sushi is definitely a no go as well. It's mostly rice and cheap imitation crab meat. I went once and I don't see myself going back. You want some good Chinese food then this is not the place to go. I would not recommend this place to a friend, but maybe to an enemy. read more
