Our food was for pickup and everything was ready on time and piping hot. We ordered a lot because we weren't sure of the portion sizes, but they were massive so we had leftovers for days! We ordered steamed pork buns, orange chicken, crispy sweet and sour pork, beef and broccoli, low mein, and Yangzhou Fried Rice. Everything was delicious and loaded with flavor. The standouts were the yangzhou fried rice which comes with shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. Loved all the meat here and big chunks of veggies. We all loved the orange chicken and the crispy fried pork especially. I tried to get my kids to sample the steam pork buns, but they wouldn't, which just meant more for me! Pillowy soft and full of tender BBQ pork, they were my fave. Truly a hidden gem right in the heart of Clovis!

The portions here are huge and every dish comes with white rice. We recently ordered the BBQ pork low mein, orange chicken, and the curry chicken. The curry chicken is my new favorite item! Seared chunks of seasoned chicken with bell peppers, onions, celery, and then tossed in a spicy curry sauce. This curry sauce is incredible and I wish they offered as a side sauce. The orange chicken never misses and they always serve it in massive portions. The BBQ low mein was a new order item for us. This is noodles in low mein sauce with veggies, and thin sliced BBQ pork. I was very surprised at how much I liked, especially since I'm not a huge low mein sauce fan. Looking for a new Chinese restaurant to order from? Head to the Great Wall and eat happy!

Normally, I'm not chow mein eater, but these noodles were fantastic. They were slightly al dente and tossed in a delicious sauce. Plus, I loved that all the veggies in here still had a crunch. Their orange chicken might be some of the best I've ever had. Instead of frying, they dredge the chicken in a tempura beer batter. Which offered an almost fluffy crunch paired with a light orange glaze. The owner came over and asked how our meal was and we couldn't stop raving. He gave us a few free cream cheese wontons, and once again, these were nothing short of amazing. The owner also stated he has plans to put in a huge glass case display for whole roasted duck and pork. I'll definitely be back to indulge in some of that!
