Drove around the area a little concerned, drove up to the salmon colored brick literally hole in the wall place. Picked up the food and a soda. Okay so, I said either this is going to give me the worst gi issues or be the best Chinese food ever. I will say, the general tsos chicken special with egg roll and pork fried rice was very good. Enough food for a meal and leftovers. But the egg roll????? Omg it was amazing. I've been to shun xing and kind wok frequently in my 2 months since moving here. So I will say, the prices are competitive, portions are good, taste is good, egg roll amazing. And you know the place looks like a take out dungeon but otherwise 5/5.

I decided to check this place out because a few of my co workers who are locals said this place had good food. I looked over the menu and I didn't see anything that caught my attention and that's not to say the food is bad because that's not what I'm saying!. All I can say that there was nothing I wanted to eat at the time. But I will definitely return at a later date and I'm sure I'll find something that I would like to try!.

I stopped in on a particularly warm day and watched her offer cold water to the postal worker and other customers waiting for to go orders. I love seeing people go out of of their way to offer a little kindness to others. Now on to the food. I started with the moo ping which are traditional Thai pork skewers served with sticky rice and a sweet chili sauce. The flavor on the pork was amazing and the meat was so tender. The sweet chili sauce is not like any I've ever had before. I mean it really packs a punch in the best way possible. For my entree I had the Rama chicken, which is essentially chicken in peanut sauce. It's one of my favorite Thai dishes and one that I can never find in other Thai restaurants in the Hampton Roads area. Man, I could drink that peanut sauce. It was sweet, creamy, and had the perfect touch of spice. I had a wonderful experience here and can't wait to return! Also, whoever is in charge of the playlist knows their 90s R&B!
