Despite that experience, I decided to give the restaurant a second chance. This was my first time visiting the location in person. I went through the pickup window and asked to see a menu. An employee politely explained that the window was for pickup orders only and instructed me to circle back around so she could assist me. When I returned, a different employee informed me that I couldn't place an order at the window. At that point, I simply thanked her and left. Unfortunately, both experiences have shown me that there is a lack of communication and consistency among the staff. I understand that businesses have policies, but customers shouldn't be given conflicting information. After two disappointing experiences, I've decided not to return.
