We ordered take out earlier. Gen. Tso chicken (extra spicy). Chicken fried rice and and order of crab Rangoon. Order if sweet and sour shrimp. It's always a 30 minute wait so called then stopped and right across the street to grabbed a prescription. It was ready when I got there. Was nice and hot when we got home. Always order extra spicy but it never happens, but to my surprise there was a small container of hot chili oil. Added tht to the chicken and it was awesome. I apparently made a mistake by ordering on my desktop. My order went through at 6:02 pm. I even stopped to get gas on the way to give them time to have my order ready. I arrived at about 6:25 pm and, as far as I could tell, my order was not even being cooked. There was NO ONE IN THE RESTAURANT!! I waited and waited and waited. Finally, I got my $60 worth of food at 6:52 pm. No acknowledgement of the lateness. No apology. No, it was not worth the wait. Don't get me wrong the food was okay. It was the first time I've ever been to this restaurant--I usually frequent a different one but they are closed on Mondays. It was the last time I will ever order from this restaurant. Came here to eat after work. Small place but friendly and clean. They cooked my food when I ordered it and everything was hot and fresh. I ordered the sesame chicken and rice, hot and sour soup and some bbq ribs. The food wasn't bad. I didn't expect the ribs to come out like they did, tasted like they used a char su marinade. It was good but I wish the meat was a little more tender. I didn't care for the fried rice or egg roll. They were plain and didn't stand out to me. The hot and sour soup was decent. It had a tinge of heat but it wasn't sour like I've had at other places. This is the first time I've been here and yes, there may be better Asian places to try around this area, but if I was in the area or was craving something Chinese I'd order from here again. read more

Called and ordered my food, when I got there I waited like MAYBE a minute and they called my order. Then Egg drop soup is amazing, fried rice is great. The crab ragoon is cooked very well and the portions are HUGE. My only complaint was with the shrimp and broccoli, the shrimp was a little fishier than other places, and the sauce was very thick and almost slimy. Other than that still tastes great! read more

Used to be our go to place for Chinese take out. Food is the typical Chinese take out but lately the service has been awful. Woman behind the counter doesn't let you speak when ordering, cuts you off or hangs up on you. Very sad that we have to find another spot, but when I really dislike having to interact with the staff at a location it is not worth my money. Haven't been here in a while and won't be back. Went at 6:15 pm on a Friday night and there were only two people working. The girl up front is rude and barely spoke. We were sitting at a table, dining in, and asked for chop sticks. She brought us one pair and threw them on the table and walked away. We had to loudly request another set that was delivered in the same manner. The food is meh, to say the least. Made online order and paid for it. Went to pick up and the door was locked. I tried knocking bc they were open and nothing. I called and called saw someone crotch down past the register and I guess turn the phones off. I went around to the back door and found two people in the back. They said gas wasn't working. Maybe they were just having a bad day but this is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Ordered the Mongolian beef. It was mostly raw onions. There were a few half-dollar sized pieces of beef. The rice was also raw. My husbands rice was the same. read more

If I could give a no rating at all I would. I never do reviews but felt I needed to so no one has the same issues that we had. I went online to do our order. I clicked on family order and ordered the family combo C. The most expensive one. It then has you to click on white or fried rice. Then you have to click on everything that comes in the order. I clicked on all the correct items I wanted. It then takes you to another page to add address etc. It gives you the option on purchase page to click on to use a coupon. So of course I clicked on it. It said if you spend over 45 dollars then you can choose which of the 4 free things you want to add to the order. I spent over 45 dollars so I chose the free quart of sweet and sour chicken. I told my husband that when he goes to pick up the order make sure he got the free quart that also showed on our receipt to come with our meal. He asked the lady owner who is chinese if she put the free quart of sweet and sour chicken. She answered yes she did. He got home..I looked and there was no extra quart of sweet and sour chicken like she told him. He called and she started screaming that he could not order the family size and get the free quart of sweet and sour chicken like our receipt said. We both tried to explain that the website and our receipt showed it did come with the free one. She started screaming more and I could hear the husband owner saying stuff also. She kept saying that you cannot use that coupon with a family order. I let her know that it said nothing like that on anything I saw. Even went back on the website to recreate what I had done. Nope nothing saying I couldn't use the click coupon at all. If you can't use the coupon they need to remove it from their website. I let her know but her English is not good. She was very rude over the phone. At the end she said just come up here..bring the food and I'll give your money back and then she hung up on me. Which would have been fine..rice was hard..no chicken in the chicken fried rice anyway (yet I didn't say a word about the food)...my husband goes up there to give the food back and they are closed already. Placed an order online for pick up (delivery not available) with a 50 minute lead time. My wife and daughter arrived about 10 minutes late but guess what?? They hadn't even started preparing our order!! Worse yet, if you can even believe it, the wife had to wait 45 more minutes!!! And to top it off the fried rice tasted like it had been fried without being cooked first!! Hard as pebbles!! Shrimp and chicken fried rice was completely gross,had no flavor at all. It's like they took white rice added some weird white chicken(not white as in breast meat) but literally the color was white and appeared steamed and then threw some shrimp straight from the bag put it in the wok and stirred it around with nothing else to flavor it. The general tso chicken dish had our stomachs hurting all night and it wasn't that good. Spent over 30.00 for a belly ache and nasty food! This is definitely one of those cookie cutter Chinese restaurants. It's definitely not the homemade type of food most of us are looking for. This is straight from the freezer to the fryer or wok with no seasoning....Definitely won't be eating here again. I ordered the Mongolian beef and got Mongolian onions with maybe 6 slivers of meat. It was terrible. I ordered 2 beef eggrolls and was surprised when I realized there was no beef within them to be found. I got fried rice and got undercooked rice with nothing else that goes in a fried rice. It's like I was tricked into throwing my hard earned money in the trash. They seemed to be more interested in defending themselves than apologizing when I called. Please don't waste your time. The girl in the front was rude and seemed rushed. She was also the chef so she would handle money and also go in the back and handle food without washing hands or wearing gloves (you can see them from the counter as you are waiting.) They obviously need to hire more people. The food is pricey for what you get. Nothing special about the way it tastes. I suggest going somewhere else for better quality and service. read more

We decide to try this place since the one we wanted to go to was closed. We walked in at 3:00 and waited a bit for someone to come to the front. I asked if we were too late for lunch prices (they end at 3) and she said yes. I let it pass even though the better customer service move would have been to say it was fine. We ended up paying twice as much for the same food and it was only ok. We got the family meal deal for the 5 of us. Sesame chicken and beef and broccoli was good. Fried rice was terrible. Sweet and sour chicken wasn't great. She brought plates out last so we had to stare at the food until she did and she did not bring enough napkins. The water pitcher they set out for self service ran out and they didn't refill it. They hid in the back as much as possible making it difficult to get things from them. So me and my husband decided to get dinner here yesterday. He said he has eaten in the restaurant before and it was pretty good. Well lets me tell you how horrible it is. You know those really low end crappy places that actually advertise there dishes as chicken but really its the worst cuts of the chicken such as fat and tendons covered in the best breading and sauces to pass off the fact your eating nasty stuff, well it is just like that. I took a bite of my "chicken" and low and behold inside is no white chicken more like breading around what could be some semblance of a low end cut of meat that i wouldn't feed my dog. The rice was bland as could be and their lo mien was probably from yesterday, also it was just noodles, no vegetables mixed in, just noodles. I will never go here again, I would rather have a re-heatable meal from Walmart than to eat here again. read more
