I must have filled up my cup at least 3 times before fill up one for the road. The restaurant itself was clean and can probably sit up to 20 people at a time. While this isn't the pinnacle of fine dining, its basically economical and good to have while traveling. It was nice that they didn't really safe guard the self service drink station as to limiting how much refills you can do in one dining experience. Thankful for that. As long as you behave yourself and act civil, I guess most people let you do what you want within reason.
