They did not have the thin pancakes which comes with Moo Shu, and served with rice. They did inform me of this when ordered, but strange that no pancakes. They are what makes Moo Shu unique. If I managed the restaurant, and customer wanted moo Shu...and no pancakes, I would have apologized and said would increase entree size to compensate. Shrimp with Lobster sauce.....shrimp were good, but sauce was like a soup....not sauce, and had no seafood flavor, just chicken stock and corn starch. Very bland. I added soy sauce to provide some flavor. The chicken chow mein was also very bland. Egg rolls were ok. Fried rice ok. Next time, if I don't want to drive to Goshen or Warsaw for Chinese carry out, will just go to the local grocery store -used to be called Lances...and get frozen Chinese dinners. Nothing tasted bad-just bland, and service was ok, so rated a 2. I have not done many recent reviews but felt compelled to get their attention to improve their product. Add some fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, whatever for flavor.

I ordered wonton soup, garlic, chicken, and crab Rangoon The…read morewonton soup was tasteless and way overcooked. The crab Rangoon was deep fried so long that the wonton wrapper was so overcooked, it broke into pieces of my hand! The waitress could barely speak English and as a carryout restaurant without signs from the highway, it is terrible The silverware they give you I should say plasticware is so clumsy that you cannot pick up a piece of garlic chicken with it. Speaking of the garlic chicken it was about half cold and I couldn't taste anything that tasted like garlic chicken. I am in my mid 70s spent 20 years in the orient, so I'm sure that I had worse Chinese food. I just can't remember when or where. I will never eat that place again. I wouldn't eat in there if they were giving the food away!

Was here recently and it appears they only do takeout now. A shame but honestly with COVID they probably got most customers this way anyways so it makes sense. Caught a northern pike and didn't want to cook anything other than the fish so we got the shrimp fried rice, lo mein noodles, and crab rangoons. Amazing accompaniment for the fish! And the food still tastes the same as it did 10 years ago. Glad to see this little Chinese spot is still going and I hope you stop in if you get the chance.

For me the food just doesn't do it. The beef chow fun had no color to . it it was very white usually it's a dark soy sauce color. The fried rice that we got was just okay nothing to say. It was very good or bad. This is my own personal opinion, but I like the orange chicken at panda express more than the orange chicken here. I know there's a lot of people that like Han Dynasty. I am supportive of people that eat at local business. I wish them the best of success. Just not my cup of tea.
