Not a dig at the establishment, they're just trying to make a living. Service was good and food was ready when promised. Ordered hot & sour soup, Hunan roast pork, and General Tso chicken. A lot of food for the money and it hit the spot. I wish there was authentic Chinese food on the island (maybe they would consider a separate menu), but you have to travel down to Jax for that.

The family owned place is clean, spacious, and the owners and serving staff are warm and friendly. The buffet was fulsome, and all of the food was well presented, hot, and remarkably delicious. Beef is radioactive and flavor in general is just bad. I don't know why so many people go here. It's American Chinese, didn't think it could get worse than that. People in Kingsland just have awful taste, I'm not from here and who ever leaves a good rating is canceled. I needa try other Chinese in the area, I'm scared Ngl. 0 stars fr my stomach hurts.

Fun dining experience during our time on Amelia Island…read more We visited two times over that week, and each one did have varying experiences though. First Visit Service was incredibly speedy! - Wicked Wings (5/5). This was really good. Highly recommend visiting on Wednesday for these - Crispy Pork Chop (4/5). A nice take on a classic HK dish. Sauce wasn't too overbearing and meshed well with the rice - Fried Greens (2/5). This was average. Was nice to have some greens but nothing special - Trio Bao (3/5). Baos were alright - a bit steep pricing wise for 3 baos though - Beef Noodle Soup (4/5). A good hearty bowl of noodle. Some chilli oil on the side would be nice - Octopus (4/5). Was very good. Texture was on point and five spice gave a nice flavor profile - Chicken Satay (3.5/5). Peanut sauce was good. Chicken was moist and flavorable Second Visit: - Chongqing Wings (3/5). This was mid. - Thai Shrimp (3/5). Tasted fresh but way too much sauce over the rice. - Fish Baos (4/5). Good, but nothing memorable - Beef Noodle Soup (4/5). Consistent to first visit - Dumplings (2/5). Not good.

The food is still pretty good, but these days you can find comparable meals for less money at plenty of other places nearby. It just doesn't feel like the same value it used to be. Recently we called to place an order and were told they no longer deliver directly. If you want delivery now, you have to go through a third-party delivery app, which means paying additional service and delivery fees. That was pretty disappointing and honestly feels like an unnecessary extra cost. With so many good options in the area, it's hard to justify ordering from here anymore. It used to be one of our regular spots, but between the added delivery hassle and the shift in value, it just doesn't seem as worth it as it once was.
