After landing at JAX airport before heading to our hotel, we stopped by the drive thru for lunch. Service was very fast and friendly. The food was hot and tasty. This wasn't our first rodeo so we knew what to expect. I ordered a cub's meal with orange chicken and white rice plus the cream cheese rangoons. My hubby ordered the two entree plate with honey shrimp and kung pao chicken plus lo mein. We really enjoyed our food. The only issue was that they didn't give me my side or drink that was supposed to come with the cub's meal - even tho we were sitting in the parking lot eating, I was too lazy to go back in. All in all, I would come back anytime! read more

The food is always served fresh and hot. It depends on the server on how big the portion is though. The staff are always very friendly. It's a typical fast food dining area. They serve Coke products which is a plus. read more

Honestly, it's a rare occasion to have a good day at this location. Wish someone would teach these kids how to properly make the food. Other than that the service is just okay and the servers are nice. read more

They made us wait 15 minutes in the parking lot because the teriyaki chicken was not ready. Which was fine but when i got home there was no teriyaki sauce in my bag. Makes no sense how people could be so ignorant to not give out teriyaki sauce when you order TERIYAKI CHICKEN. I guess it's my fault for not asking for teriyaki sauce when i ordered teriyaki chicken. read more

Three years ago when my wife and I moved up the area, we had some workmen at the house in the evening and ordered Panda Express because it was the only place open that delivered and that offered something my wife could eat. It was pretty bad. Today, I was at the tire center next door and decided to give them a try for lunch. The food wasn't bad, but the sauces are clearly from a bag or a bottle, and pretty mediocre. The sweet and sour sauce is awful, and the spring rolls are seriously lacking something - not sure what. They just don't taste right. This only the third time I've eaten at a Panda Express (the first time was in another state), and even as fast food Chinese, it's not that great. Still better to go to a mom and pop genuine Chinese restaurant than spend your money here. read more

This location has got to be one of the most clean and well kept Panda Express locations I've been to. The staff is always super pleasant and both greets you as you enter, and says goodbye whilst you are leaving. I'm overjoyed that this location has the Beyond Orange Chicken as I'm a Vegetarian (but not a pushy one before you roll your eyes) Panda Express as a general rule is of course not "fine dining" by any stretch of the imagination nor authentic however, for what it is the food at this location is very well done and the general mood is upbeat and friendly If you're in the mood for Panda Express you simply cannot go wrong with this location. read more

So officially the Panda Express has opened in Yulee and the folks here are showing the love. This place was packed yesterday and tonight was no different. The lines to get inside were out the front door and the drive thru line was worse that its CFA down the street. We arrived much earlier and I am a slow eater so I got a front seat to watch the on slot of people gathering to get their Orange Chicken. I am sure the employees will get the speed up and the customers are being very understanding of the slight delays in service, but even with the delays, the employees are just steady working and smiling and serving customers. No one is upset or complaining and not a customer seems unhappy or critical with their meal. I did over hear one customer say she was so glad this store opened so that she did not need to drive all the way over to RiverCity to that store to get food from that Panda Express. My food tonight was very tasty and I did not get Orange Chicken. Honey Walnut Shrimp and Sweetfire Chicken Breast was very tasty and I had never tried this from their menu before. The HWS was sweet and crunchy and the SFCB was crispy with just a hint of spice. If you are afraid of spice or being overly hot, this is not an overly hot dish, its really mild so don't be afraid to try it. The Lo Mein was the standard. I added some soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce to mine. It was yummier after I did that, but that's how I like mine anyway. The fountain drink bar has Pepsi products along with sweet and unsweet tea. A lot of people are loving the Panda here so come early to avoid the lines. read more

If you stop making food at 6pm and close at 7, why not just close instead of making everyone in line waste their time. We stopped making food, so I'll let you know what we have when you order, go ahead. Can I get a bowl with orange and lo mein. There really is no noodles it's mostly vegetable is that going to be a problem yes. Can I get fried rice then, we're out we just have white rice. Ok can I get a plate then with white rice, beef broccoli and orange chicken. There mostly broccoli, you still want it. No, I guess I'll eat somewhere else. read more

This establishment is very rude to customers.. This is my second time at this location and now I have finally decided to boycott!! I went to order some food and while I'm ordering the person on the other side taking order states I can't make a change while I'm ordering.. makes absolutely no sense.. but it wasn't the fact that she said I couldn't change the order she was very rude about it l! I ordered through drive thru and drove off without paying or picking up Order. They should learn how to treat your customers or take a customer service class it makes no sense at all!! read more

So, open for about a week now and we made our first trip to this new Panda. The drive thru was still full, as well as most of the parking lot, so this must be a good sign, right?.....eh. The food was/is standard Panda Express fare, although I think this location's food is noticeably less salty than other locations.....thank you! The food was rotating in to the service line pretty quickly and often, straight from the grill/cook area. The interior is actually quite small so seating can be an issue until the "newness" wears off. My 3 star comes from the service....YES, it's a new store, they're trying to get their rhythm down, so I may upgrade this at a later date. Don't get me wrong, they were friendly and all, but the flow wasn't smooth and made for some unnecessary confusion and waiting. read more

Drove thru-very friendly service! Could not believe how quick the food was brought out. No waiting! Friendly & Fast...2 surprises for service in this town! Orange chicken was delicious! A usual pleaser! This has now become my teenagers favorite fast food restaurant! I will be happy when all of the construction around the place is complete, so the entrance & exit isn't so rough on my car. read more

Poor quality control. I've had my order given to me with missing dishes twice now in as many months. Also, the broccoli and beef is now, as a matter of "company policy", only to have 3 pieces of beef per serving. read more

One of the better quality locations we have been to and absolute A+ customer service. We dined in with two toddlers. The employees went above and beyond with patience while we ordered and being helpful with getting our items to the table, getting us a high chair and ensuring we had everything we needed. We appreciate this so much and it helped allow us to enjoy our dinner. Thank you to the wonderful staff! read more

the food is alright but i got 3 "medium sized" boxes of the general toes and it was ok, then (mind you each box is 10.50) for JUST RICE. Then another 10.50 (with for some reason a 2.50 up charge) of the spicy shrimp and there was literally 6 pieces of shrimp most of it was peppers and shit. So I paid 32 dollars for a small box of rice, 6 pieces of shrimp and some general toes. and the bitch behind the counter was laughing with the local crackhead about me asking why it was so expensive... Panda Express it a joke was overpriced it's better to go to a real Chinese place read more

Chill little chain fast food restaurant. Decent food and several options to choose from. Very helpful staff and the food is not badly priced. I had the Kung pow chicken. It is pretty spicy but not too spicy as long as you don't eat the chilly peppers they are good but they will make you think your mouth is about to go up in flames. I also got the sweet fire chicken breast, it was mildly sweet and spicy. The peppers and pineapple added a lot of yummy flavors. I also got the fried rice and chicken spring rolls they were pretty good as well. read more

I give up! This was my forth time trying the new Panda Express. First Time was right after opening. Gave the place a pass then figured they would get it together with a little experience. Next visit didn't get much better. Service left me underwhelmed, food was unremarkable. Third time's the charm, right? Wrong! It hadn't come together, yet. I wanted so much for it to work out and become a favorite, as it is so close. Number four we tried the drive up on a slow Sunday. Our order of orange chicken envolved a thirty five minute wait while several other cars got their orders. When we finally got our order, the rice was under cooked and the meal was not up to par with the Chinese food in the surrounding area. I try to give everyone a fair trial, but this last visit was the last straw. There are too many choices for me to waste any more time or money at Yulee Panda Express! read more

I would like to state that this review is based solely on customer service and not the food. The food is pretty decent and the portions size is good. HOWEVER, I was appalled at how we were treated when we drove all the way back to the restaurant after realizing there was an error with our order once we arrived home. When we went back with the food and requested a refund, it was denied. She blamed us for the error and for ordering the wrong thing. Really? I think we know what we wanted, that's why we went there in the first place, to order what we actually wanted. She continued to argue her point that she got it right and we ordered wrong. The manager, Chloe stepped in and backed her up. Really? Again? Wow! So much for the customer being right...those days are long gone. read more

I was excited for a new fast food option so I was happy to get a Panda Express. I don't go too often but when I do I'm typically happy with my order. I get the sweet fire chicken and chow mein. The chicken has always been good but the chow mein needs work. The last few times it has been at least 90% vegetables, and felt a little like a rip off. When my husband went yesterday he asked if they could leave the veggies out and they said they "couldn't change the recipe." BUT they actually did their best to not give me a lot of it so kudos to them for being thoughtful even though they can't actually cook it plain. The reason for the 4 stars is because it'd be a lot nicer if they did have the ability to offer it with or without. read more

Do not spend your money here !!!!! This panda is awful. The workers have a nasty attitude and need to fix it. The food is barely edible. It was truly the worst experience i have ever had. check your order before driving off, they WILL mess it up, oh and beware if they ask you to pull up for "5 minutes while it cooks fresh" really means 20 minutes ... which would've been okay had they been honest. Closes at 7 which in itself is inconvenient and then on top of that they don't cook after 6 so the selection is white rice or a tiny pile of teriyaki chicken.. it's a joke. better off eating literally anywhere else. read more
