When I explained what I needed done Marie asked me if I had Days lifetime replacement policy. I didn't but now I do for sure! It is worth checking out. Very reasonable. Marie then introduced me to Morgan who, within a matter of what seemed like seconds, had my watch happily ticking away again. After Marie introduced me to Morgan she took time to point out out a small frig stocked with complimentary beverages for customers. They certainly know how to treat customers! On my way out other employees wished me a good day and I also had a chance to speak with the manager, Elizabeth, who graciously introduced herself.
