There is a ton of selection and the prices beat out any other vinyl store in the area. The couple of negative reviews I read are obviously people with an agenda... this store is fantastic, well priced and well stocked. I work in customer service and know exactly the type who left those negative reviews. They have a bone to pick; take their words with a grain of salt. I travel an hour and half to get to this store. It is worth your visit. Edited to add: check out the other reviews by the people who leave the negative ones before you go believing them. If almost all their reviews are bad then MAYBE they are just jerks looking to put someone else down.

The store was neatly organized and well stocked, like most Bull Moose stores. The staff was super attentive and friendly. You can tell they are well liked by customers/community - they seemed to know everyone that was in there. We just had a quick visit to pick up an online order. It was fast and so easy. The person that helped us was really nice and we could hear that she had a cold of some kind - so I was relieved to see that she was wearing a mask in consideration of others. There were a lot of elderly customers while we were there and I can't imagine an illness would be helpful. The prices, especially for newer releases are very competitive even against giants like amazon. And it's supports Bull Moose - locally owned with much better customer service than big box. They also have never cancelled a pre-order on us, unlike other big retailers. Bonus - their loyalty program is AWESOME!!!!!

Very helpful in navigating the store, or online orders. The store is smaller than others, like Scarborough or Windham or Waterville, however, they still offer a lot of great items for fair prices and it all adds up if you are a rewards member. If you have something specific you are looking for, you may want to call ahead to see if they have it at this store, which again, is smaller. My family typically looks for movies, music, books and games. I love the fun, magnets, toys and collectibles. Everyone we shop with usually walks out with something fun. Parking can be tough if there is construction or the farmers market is open, if you are willing to walk a bit, then it's no problem at all accessing it.

This review goes to the corporate office, not to any store…read more If you are buying off their website, you may want to check your credit card statement regularly because a woman named Mary 9May not be correct as she refused to give full name charged my credit card 4 times for a single box set purchase, When I called to complaint and ask them why they did this and reminded them that I did not authorize the extra charged, "Mary" refused to respond for 8 days, and then denied that she or the company had done that. It took another 4 days for them to correct they overcharge, I sent her and the owner a copy of my credit card statement showing the four charges, and he ignored it, so he is okay with his employees committing credit card fraud. You should not consider pricing when a company tries to rip off and will not even acknowledge a mistake if t was one. After my third complaint about correcting their error or intentional credit card fraud, "Mary" closed my account. Was a customer for 3 years and spent over $1,000 with them. I would recommend not doing business with them because of their refusal to admit their own error, and they tried to cover it up by refusing to acknowledged and then closing my account. the fact that the owner would not respond showed that he was okay with it, so stay away and choose other online retailers that you do not have to check your credit card statement after each purchase. Treasures of all kinds can be found here: coins, costume jewelry, carnival glass, strange t-shirts, stranger home decor, toys and statues, books and buttons, vintage electronics, old kitchenware, a guitar corner... you could come here every week and find something new (new to you, anyway)! So many friendly and knowledgeable people; I watched one vendor explain to a couple how flea markets worked (she genuinely encouraging them to barter for anything they were interested in). We had a couple vendors tell us that they had lots of stuff 25% to 40% off, just to ask if we were curious. Make it a point to visit here, especially in the winter months when the farmers market is happening at the same time. It makes for a wonderful Saturday morning outing!

It took two weeks and numerous phone that she did not return for her to correct it, and she still would not take responsibility of it or to apologize. Instead, solely for this error that could have been credit card fraud, she denied that it happened and retaliated against me by closing my account. Again, I was not the one committing possible fraud. Snowflake Mary did like hearing of my complaint and their repeated refusal to look into it and respond. I contacted the owner by email about this and he ignored my complaint, which means he approved and condoned of her conduct and the overcharge, If you don't like being overcharged and the hubris of the employee who will not take responsibility, pick another company to buy your music and movies from.
