First of all I'd like to point out that the best time to go to buffets are at 12pm and 5/6pm , this ensure the food is fresh. Tired this place at the advise of my mom. It was your typical buffet setup. We got there kinda late, it was around 8:30. There was a total of 5 of us. The staff greeted us with looks like we distributed them as they finished there dinner at the closest table to the entry. Not a good way to start your dinning experience. Generally the food, being in a buffet format can eventually get cooler than desired but the staff checks the condition and stirs the items to keep thing evenly heated. You can't go wrong, if you want a hot meal, Take it over to the Mongolian Grill and they will cook anything to order. In most restaurants you will have one person to serve your table. Here they all seem to take pride and no mater whose table it may be, if your drink is less than half full, they will get you a fresh fill and also clean off the used plates. I like the sushi it decent quality for where your getting it, I wish they had more available but I get it you don't want to make a bunch and end up tossing it but when plates are empty and people keep coming up looking around like "Hey have you made more" you think the sushi guy behind the counter would get the hint.
