The driver arrived at 1:07 pm which is fine since that time does fall within the lunch time rush. The driver was very polite to me. I unknowingly spent enough ($40) to get a free 2 liter of grape soda and a small box of cooked white rice, that was a nice surprise. This review includes photos of most my order. The food is 4 out 5 stars because it was tasty and well-cooked but there's room for improvement. I don't care if it costs 2 more dollars carrots and peas need to be included in the fried rice (this was pork fried rice with onions). Chicken teriyaki/skewers should also be in pu pu platter, I would gladly pay three more dollars for them. The regular and shrimp egg rolls were good but the regular one needed some more pork and the shrimp roll under seasoned. The beef teriyaki, crab rangoons, spare ribs, orange chicken and chicken fingers were delicious. The sweet and sour dipping sauce paired well with the chicken fingers and egg rolls.

I'm not sure if it was supposed to be sweet-and-sour, but the flavor didn't really work for me. I think a sweet chili sauce or something with a little more balance would pair much better with the rangoons. Overall, this was a good quick stop. I also ordered the crab ration which was really good and a shrimp roll came with the meal. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because of three things. I was served chicken wings that still had feathers on it, which was a huge disappointment. Properly cleaning chicken is a basic part of food preparation, and that should never happen. I also wasn't a fan of the Styrofoam packaging for my order. The other thing was the shrimp roll. Half the roll was all vegetable and when I got to the bottom there were 2 shrimps. I hardly call that a shrimp roll. Aside from those issues, I really enjoyed the food and will continue to order from them, but will continue to let them know that they need to pay attention to these minor details.

Unfortunately, the last couple of orders just didn't seem quite right. That prompted me to look up their most recent health inspection, and what I found was concerning. Their inspection from early July 2026 documented 19 violations, including several related to improper food handling and storage practices that could increase the risk of cross-contamination. While an inspection report doesn't necessarily mean people became sick, those are the kinds of issues that should never be overlooked. To be fair, Green House had a long history of passing inspections over the years. It's really only within the past year or so that the reports have become more concerning. I'm hoping they get things back on track because I'd genuinely like to order from them again. But until they demonstrate consistent improvement, this is unfortunately a hard pass for me.
