The food was good, fried rice was very tasty . He had the. House Specialty fried rice. The spring rolls were delicious .

Our go to place for Chinese food delivery. Always fresh and tasty. Large portion sizes and all the little extra sauces. The Black Pepper Chicken and Honey Chicken are amazing and the crab rangoons disappear from our dinner table. The kids love the Pork Lo Mein and egg rolls. Recommended! read more

The food here is terrible now, don't waste your money. I ordered lunch for several of my coworkers last Friday afternoon at 11am right when they opened. The food was ready for pickup fast, and the staff were super friendly; however, when got back to the shop to eat our meals it was just a mess. The fried wontons for the soup were all stale, more like super stale and inedible. The wonton soup tasted good but the wonton noodles were gummy, very gross! Everyone complained about the fried rice. Not fresh, not fried properly and had large pieces of partially cooked onions in it. The General Tso's and Seseme chicken was drenched in sauce with no crispyness whatsoever. The beef in the beef and broccoli dish was chewy, but the broccoli was cooked perfectly, so that was probably cooked fresh. The egg rolls were mushy had no crispyness to them whatsoever and tasted like nothing. This was the first time in my life I could not eat an eggroll, went right in the trash with the rice. I thought well this meal was horrible but at least the fortune cookie will be good right, nope it was just as stale as the fried wontons. What has happened to this place??!! $77.31 for this meal and it all tasted like crap, most likely, leftovers they were trying to get rid of. The only fresh item was the broccoli. Definitely won't be back again. read more

Food is fresh and very tasty. Hosts are friendly and make the customer feel welcome.

It's pretty hard to find a reliable, consistent, Chinese spot but this place checks all the boxes for a good Chinese spot. I work in lake Mary and I'm constantly trying to find good lunch spots. Look no further, this is the one. I've tried two other Chinese take outs and china king is miles better. The food is so good. Ive had chicken wings and fried rice, spare ribs, pork egg rolls. It was good every time so it's consistent. The service is great. If they say 15 minutes, itll be 15 minutes. The location isn't anything fancy but it doesn't matter because the food is worth it. Highly recommend. read more

New owners have improved both the menu and the service. A great value, especially for fresh made to order meals. Definitely worth a stop!

I got takeout for our whole family tonight, lots of great food...made the car smell so good, and even better when we got it home! I had the chicken with garlic sauce, and it was so tasty, I was licking the sauce off my paper plate...LOL! read more

I just want to state this clearly! This is the first Chinese takeout that hit every button! The food was cooked well, the menu offerings are great! I have tried all the Chinese places in a 10 mile circle, and now I have a place to go back to! Thanks for coming! Plus the people inside the restaurant were wonderful! read more

More recently they seem to be using Uber delivery. I never got my order. I called a few times and they kept telling me it's coming. Seemed like they just wanted to get me off phone. They told me they didn't have my order and it was coming. After 90 minutes nothing and they still kept telling me to wait. I get a text that saying "order canceled" no driver located. They still told me to wait! I was in complete disbelief. They told me that uber app is wrong. I demanded a refund. No food received. I'm in shock by how unprofessional, liars and rude they were. read more

VERY POOR SERVICE..We are a repeat customer who orders over 100 dollars an order. Never have we had an issue with ordering through door dash. tonight the manager pulled a fast one! Order was placed through door dash, confirmed, dasher was waiting for order and manager unilaterally decided to cancel our order with no warning or phone call because door dash issued a 15.00 promotion on our order.. Then she blamed door dash, referred me to door dash and could not muster a sensible explanations as to her unprofessionalism and then when i tried to "argue" the point, she said so sorry have to take care of my customers. WHAT???!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. shame on you Lake Mary China King read more

Just your average Chinese take-out place in Florida. Food is okay, portions are huge. It makes great leftovers. Prices are good too. Wish the food had a little more flavor and less salt. We prefer the China King in Deltona better. read more

2 words: Krab Rangoon. 3 more words: yummy yummy yummy China King has been my go place since first moving to FL in 2018. They're best during the afternoon rush (not sure if it makes a difference) but I feel like the rice and items are much more fresh than later in the evening. (It's closer to opening so everything is prepared more recent) Their Mongolian beef is my go-to. read more

Good stuff!!!!!!! Can feed a family easily. One the better Asian choices around the Lake Mary Florida area.

We got take out yesterday and it was delicious everything was hot and fresh. The workers at China King are very friendly and the service was quick. We came here for lunch so we got the lunch combination for $7.60. Egg roll $1.50 I love their egg drop soup $2.25 it is full of egg and the broth is not too salty. I have also tried the Curry beef here and it is amazing! If you're hungry for Chinese check out this place in Lake Mary in between the BurgerFi and Subway on Lake Mary boulevard. read more

We ordered takeout from here from one of the delivery apps. What a great experience! I've been very disenfranchised lately with the Chinese places in our area. I felt like we had tried so many with no winners. Well, I'm happy to report that we finally have one! Our ordered arrived THIRTY minutes prior to estimated time (on a Friday night!), customer service was excellent (the app didn't give a choice of rice type and the restaurant called to ask instead of just assuming), and the food arrived hot and fresh. Hubs and I both agreed this food was delicious and SO much better than other places we've tried. My beef lo mein had quality beef, cooked correctly. I loved my egg roll and am excited to try the wonton soup for lunch tomorrow. Highly recommend (I only gave 4 stars because I haven't been in person yet, the 5th star may very well becoming depending on an in-person visit!) read more

They just can't get the orders correct. Have used them several times, and the the order has always been wrong or short an item or two. Food is good, as long as you can eat what send, when the order is not correct. Several times we called and the said they would make it up on the next order, never happened. I would suggest you go pick it up, then you can check to be sure it's right, as when they deliver they drop it at the door and ring the bell and they are usually gone before you can get to the door. read more

The only reason I tried this place was because my go to Chinese takeout place (China Wok) was closed and I had a craving for sweet-and-sour chicken and sesame chicken. These two dishes are staples and should be pretty tough to screw up, but somehow this restaurant did it. The sweet-and-sour chicken was so disgusting that I couldn't eat it at all, it tasted like pure oil, it crumbled the minute you put in on your fork, it it was both dried out and wet at the same time...not even sure how that's possible, but was a huge huge disappointment. The sesame chicken was just OK nothing special- a lot of the pieces were kind of almost glued together and again it was just a terrible experience overall. Won't be trying this place again even if I'm desperate. read more

If you want take out or fast to GO, do not come here. Sunday night and only 1 person behind the counter and phone ringing off the hook. Would not even address the new customers coming in, and food took over 1 hour to make. (For To-go) Wound up walking out on the order... Terrible. read more

My fiancé and I have been coming here since we moved to the area over a year ago and all I can say is wow. The food is always fresh and delicious but it's not just that. We always leave with a smile on our face not just because we are excited for yummy food but also because we feel so appreciated as customers from this amazing family. read more

It goes without saying that everything looks like a clean and beautiful Chinese restaurant. The service bell service is also very good. The table is fast, the food is served quickly, and the food is delivered to the location. The welcoming attitude and service attitude are also good. This used to be my ALL time favorite Chinese restaurant. But within the last 2ish months the food taste and quality has gone down. The wonton soup used to be rich and tasteful, now the broth taste burned. ( how is that even possible). The beef with broccoli was horrible. The meat was all chewy and had the weirdest taste. This used to be the best meal at the restaurant. I'm going to have to look for a new restaurant which is sad since I don't like most of the ones in the area. read more

Recently moved and had to find a go to Chinese place immediately! My husband had ate here before and said the general tso's was good so I decided to give them a try. I ordered take out over the phone and the lady who took my order was very nice she also asked what sauces I would like. A fifteen minute pick up time was given. When the food arrived I couldn't believe the portion size. The amount of rice was a little overwhelming, but it didn't take away from the portion size of the chicken. The pork fried rice wasn't the best. Very bland and I threw most of it out. The general tso's was good. I've had better, but I've also had WAY worse. If I eat here again I'd just place an order for the tso's. The egg roll was pretty standard, but I could tell it wasn't fresh. I can't comment on the soup because I didn't eat it. The prices are quite steep and I understand as part of the dinner combination you get an egg roll and soup, but seeing as I'm not fond of wonton/egg drop soup I'll be continuing my search for another Chinese restaurant in the area. read more

Good Chinese food, great price, fast service and really tasty. Great for lunch and dinner!

Ordered for the first time tonight. Egg drop soup was average. "Crispy" noodles they include for the soup were stale. Pork Lo Mein had no flavor. Chicken was piecey dark meat pieces that were gross (see photo) and were mostly soggy breading. Fortune cookies were good. Would not recommend. read more

China King - Nasty S5. Sesame Chicken - Chinese Near Me - Lake Mary, Florida

We came to China King since our regular Chinese restaurant has been dropping the ball lately so we're on the hunt for a new spot. The first difference we noticed was the price, which was a little higher then normal but we took in to account that it's in Lake Mary so it comes with the territory. The second difference was the food portions, very hearty portions were given with the orange chicken, general tso chicken, chicken Lo mein, fried chicken wings and crab Ragoon. The ragoon was a little disappointing, the egg foo young was a little on the bland and the egg rolls with the combo were "meh" at best side but everything else was really tasty. The winners were definitely the chicken dishes and the Lo mein. Will definitely be returning. read more

Ordered from this place because the ones close to home were closed. I wasn't the biggest fan of those places anyway so we never order much. This place was really good! Food came fast and arrived before the estimated time. Opening the bag I was delighted to see a couple bags of crispy noodles. While I know these aren't traditional but I love them and was excited. My husband ordered the chicken lo mien and I ordered the garlic chicken. Our meals both included an egg roll, Wonton soup, and pork fried rice. I asked to sub my pork fried rice for veggie and they did at no charge. However the garlic chicken was not what was given to me. I was given another dish with shrimp in it. At first I was of course annoyed and was going to call to complain. But when I looked at the food it really looked tasty and I thought maybe this was a way for me try something else. Still not sure what it was, but I enjoyed it. Sweet and sour spicy sauce with with good size shrimp and fresh veggies. I liked it a lot and ended up being happy I got it. Wonton soup was some of the best I had. From my experience with wonton soup it's always been a flimsy wonton with hardly any meat in it. Thee were large and nicely made with a good amount of meat in them. My only complaint is that I feel like it's a little pricey. But it was good and I'll be back. read more

First time in. When I worked in Lake Mary years ago, I used to buy lunch regularly at a Chinese take out restaurant right next door. I was so disappointed when I pulled up today and found the store vacated and this place next door under "Grand Opening." I decided to give it a try and I am no longer disappointed! The food is delicious and the portions are enough for two meals. The folks behind the counter are very friendly and there appears to be a bunch of regulars already. I ordered Orange Chicken. Wonderful. I will be in Lake Mary weekly for the next several months and this will be a regular stop. read more

Old hard cold rice, old chicken wings. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money and time.

I used to enjoy ordering here, even going out of my way to visit this location. Like another reviewer, I have experienced wrong orders or missing items. Sign #1 of a possible issue was when the lady in front of me walked out with her order and the employee says "Oh, that lady left without her soda." She made no attempt to run after her or anything. Maybe she thought by thinking it out loud like Ed Sheeran, AFTER she left would have made her return. Today, I ordered sweet & sour pork and sweet and sour chicken and received no sweet & sour sauce. I drove back home and noticed it was missing. I returned to the restaurant explaining I wasn't looking for "extra" sauce, I never received any with my order. The girl goes behind the curtain, telling them it was not included and came back with a single serving sauce. She was told it was for both dinner portions and that's all I would be getting. This isn't liquid gold or Creme Brulee but it does make the meal. Imagine ordering a BLT and they give you NO "B"acon. I was so agitated, I opted to pay for extra ($2.19) since I already made the drive back and really not in the best of moods to perform the Heimlich maneuver should my family choke on dry chicken and pork. Ironically, the lady from earlier returned and said you forgot my soda lol. Some days I wish I were making things up but sadly.. here we are. Moral of the story? Check your order before you leave or just don't order from here. The food quality and taste has changed. What used to be rich in flavor is bland; with or without any sauce. Shame. read more
