Prices are way to high . Food is good though. It is clean and you can see in the kitchen. Definately not for seinors on a budget!

Maybe it is because we have lived all over the country for work, but this is hands down the worst Chinese food I've had. My husband said his tasted like cleanser... This is the only Chinese restaurant anywhere from DeSoto South. That's any good! The crab rangoon are sweet and delicious like they should be. Food is really good and fresh. I hear they grow there vegetables in there garden at there home. But the woman the "mother" is so incredibly rude. I don't ever tip these people. I will order their food only because they're the only Chinese restaurant in town. If there was another Chinese restaurant in town I would go there. But their food is good. read more

The customer service is horrible!! They gave the wrong order and told us to eat it and refused a refund. They were told it was a 40 minute round trip to get to them and the rude woman said to come back and get our order from the counter. Refused refund and hung up on me!! Chicken was so overcooked it wasn't edible. Eggrolls are tiny now. Crab Rangoon is good. They close for a couple hours in the middle of every day, so be aware! read more

1st time trying China King in DeSoto since we moved here and it was great! Possibly our favorite crab Rangoon from all the places we've tried. Food was hot and fresh and flavorful. No chunks of weird textured meat like some Chinese restaurants. We'll be back for sure! read more

This place I frequent because the food is awesome. However, the staff is crabby and not pleasant at all. This is every time I have been here. Last time I was here, there were children jumping over the booths with their shoes annd bare feet on the tables. They were not cleaned off when other patrons came in. The workers are not nice. My advice is to order TO GO. And you won't have to deal with the nonsense. Food I give 3-4 stars. Service...not even 1 star. read more

Food is pretty good. Daughter loves the crab rangoon and lo mein. Son gets a veggie entree each time and is quite happy with it. I like their soups. Service is not the greatest, so we almost always get it to go. As a bonus, they deliver! read more

This place is absolutely disgusting!! I'm not sure what meats they are attempting to serve people but it's gross. The pork stunk horribly like fish and was thrown away immediately! The shrimp and beef are a slimy texture with absolutely no flavor. The fried rice is simply white rice colored yellow, and it tastes as bad as it looks. I'm not sure what bothers me more about this place, the bugs, the filth, or the children. I understand that some people have to bring their kids to work with them. I respect that. But when they're running everywhere, putting bare feet and sticky hands on tables, and disturbing paying customers, it's time to have a little chat with them. The staff can be unpleasant, food is good. I prefer Lams Garden in Festus. Better quality and much cheaper. Sesame chicken platter is about $11 here. At Lams it's $5 and their staff is very friendly and always include free donuts. read more
