The food here is just okay. It is pricey for what it is. Sometimes the lady (owner?) at the counter is nice, but sometimes she's really not very friendly, especially over the phone. However, the younger ladies that sometimes work the counter are nice. I've ordered Mongolian Beef a couple of times here and every time, it has been filled with mostly onions and very, very little pieces of beef. So you're basically paying for $9.95 for cooked onions!!! Very deceiving. They do not deliver. But the place is cleaner than most. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the food is from here. I wasn't feeling well enough to fix dinner for myself one night, so I thought I'd have a meal delivered. But I live so far out in the boonies that only Deal Dash delivers from about a half dozen restaurants. And those were fast food, a "real" burger place, or China House. Desperately, I chose Chinese. Not expecting much out here in the South Carolinian wilds, I decided on shrimp with lobster sauce with steamed dumplings. And as snobby ex-New Yorkers tend to do, I figured that the white rice wouldn't be edible and I'd have to throw it out. So I ordered a small side of pork fried rice. Well, to my surprise, not only was the white rice edible, but it was sticky rice! OMG! And it was delicious!! In fact, everything was delicious! I keep ordering so I can't say it's not good. It's the usual inexpensive Chinese take out menu. The soups are delicious. Hot & sour soup is my favorite. Husband gets the wonton soup spicy and enjoys that. The fried rice is the downfall of this place. It's just not very flavorful. It's not bad but nothing to write home about. I got the beef lomein, and shrimp fried rice. It was yummy! The rice is loaded with good size shrimp. I have also had the veggie egg foo young and hot & sour soup. These were very good also.
