The food is so-so, especially compared to some of the other options nearby. I was slightly disappointed that the entrée didn't include broccoli, and the rice had very few onions, no scrambled eggs, or bean sprouts. That said, the food wasn't greasy or overly salty, which is a definite plus for anyone who is sensitive to salt. The temperature was just right, and the portions were NOT decent (serving container is very shallow!). The location is near a busy intersection, and the limited street parking can make getting out of a parking space a little frustrating. A lovely local shared a helpful tip with me: there's a small parking area about half a block down if you don't mind walking a short distance. There is also plenty of seating inside if you prefer to dine in and enjoy watching the local pedestrians pass by. Service was friendly. Overall, it's an option if you're looking for an in and out takeout that isn't overloaded with grease or salt. read more

Great Chinese food, fresh and delicious. We love the food there, very traditional Chinese food.

Food is consistently delicious and fresh. Tip- Call in to place an order and set a timer for 20 minutes. read more

One of the weakest Chinese restaurants I've ever been to. Tasteless food. For what it's worth the portions are fairly generous

The staff are very rude on the phone when calling in a to-go order. It gives the impression that no one who works there wants to be there. Parking is quite a hassle, as spots are in front of the building and require backing out directly onto Main Street. Finally, the food is average or below average. I would absolutely drive to Athens or Huntsville before ordering from here again. read more

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for years; either passing it by with family or with my fiancée on route to Nashville. I finally got the chance last Saturday when my fiancée were driving back to Huntsville from our day trip to Nashville. We both got the General Tso special and let me tell you....this is the BEST Chinese food we've ever had. The wait to get our food was a 10-15 minutes, since people had called ahead...which is fine. If you ever want good Chinese food, please drive to this restaurant. read more

Food - very mediocre. Service: Absolutely BASIC! No customer interfacing, no "hello", no "can we help", nothing! Staff was to the point of being rude. Their motto should be "Give me your order, give me your money, get out !" Ambiance - NONE! read more

Good little Chinese place. The service was great and friendly. The food was good. There is not much room to eat in the restaurant.

They are incredibly fast and the food is consistently good. Respectfully, I wish they were a little nicer when ordering over the phone lol.

New menu pictures are below. Good price and good food. Leaving can be tricky because of the red light. read more

Sweet and sour pork was nothing but batter fried balls of scrap meat with no seasoning at all. Unidentifiable as pork. No bell peppers and onions, as is found in a normal SS pork recipe. Yellow pork fried rice with 2 small pieces of pork. Never even seen that before. Didn't taste terrible, but not a classic chinese recipe. More like taco truck stuff. The egg rolls seemed ok, but that is just not good enough for 14 bucks. This was just greasy, lazy and tasteless. The food DID seem clean, as in the fryer oil had been changed recently. All the more reason to season the food better, and improve the recipe. This was just fried batter balls and a cup of dipping sauce. This seemed more like a fast food version of chinese food, than anything I would go to regularly for a quality meal. No room in this place for anything other than take-out anyway. 2 small tables. UPDATE: 2 hours after eating , I was vomiting. Feel like I was poisoned today. So, the food is either spoiled or contaminated. read more

This place is really good for the price, quality and amount you get! The Hunan chicken had good flavor, a little kick but not too spicy. If you want it more spicy they will make it how you want it. The egg rolls are better than most of the little Chinese places around. read more

I always get it to go. It is good always hot and very decently priced. I work near here so it my go to when I'm in the mood for Chinese. There is always enough with the lunch portion for lunch the next day. It also comes with an egg roll that they fry when you order so it's not cold and stale. I think I've talked myself into getting the chicken and vegetables for lunch today! Later read more

I have lived in Ardmore for about 2 years. My kids wanted Chinese so thought I would get something close. Was it edible? Yes. Was it good food? No. read more

My wife and I eat there often. If you like Chinese you won't find better. You won't go away hungry either. Going tonight!

Bland and over cooked. Chinese should be fresh and full of vibrant flavors. If thats what you are expecting you will be very disappointed. It is however cheap and fast. read more

An ABSOLUTE Hole in the Wall! But then again, you KNOW what that means! Absolutely fabulous food - probably the best in Northern Alabama, and we have eaten in a LOT of Chinese restaurants. Only criticism I have to offer is their boneless ribs are a bit chewy - other than that delicious food! Most folks come here to take out but I suppose you could have a group of up to 8-12 eat in. read more
