Chips and salsa and order of cheese dip
    Whitney D.

Really good food and the sign says it. Seriously a great place with great Mexican. The lunch buffet is a really good deal. The fajitas are hot and delicious! I love the fajita burrito with chicken. The cheese dip is really good and the salsa as well. Like a traditional Mexican restaurant, they bring you chips and salsa when you are seated. The lunch buffet is a great deal. They usually have enchiladas, quesadillas, fajitas, and much more. They also have corn nuggets which is a personal favorite of mine. They keep the buffet fresh and stocked. They do not have a liquor listened, but they do sell beer.

Huge selection of good mexican food

How is the food is it real Mexican or fake or do you know the difference thank you?

It's 1000 more Mexican than Taco Bell but not as authentic as the Taco Bus. Chile Colorado is good and I love the white cheese dip.

I don't like leaving low ratings; I understand that it is someones livelihood. That being said,…read morethe food here is not good. Me and two coworkers went here for lunch to mix it up and try something new. When we walked in, the hostess rang us up as a party even though the first guy said he just wanted to pay for himself; whatever, we sorted it out among ourselves later. There is a buffet that serves southern food. Fried chicken, fried catfish, baked chicken, spaghetti, liver, dressing, mashed potatoes etc. Also offer a salad bar. The food was criminally underseasoned. Everything needed salt - I'm not sure if they keep it saltless to cater to the older people who make up the majority of their customers or what. Tried a lot of stuff looking for good food and I didn't find much. Fried chicken had too much breading, the breading tasted unseasoned. Dressing was very dry and had a consistency of cornmeal, you touched dit and it broke apart. Mashed potatoes were definitely instant mashed potatoes and not a good brand. Spaghetti sauce had a little meat in it, but tasted like stewed tomatoes. Cornbread was dry and unsweetened. Roll was OK. Green beans casserole was good. Coworker said liver and boiled cabbage was good, said catfish was bad and "none of it was great". Salad bar looked fresh. Another coworker had asked us to bring her back some dessert: when I sent her a picture of the desert bar, she changed her mind. They serve Pepsi products and offer sweet tea. Waitress was nice and we had pretty decent service. Buffet area was kept clean and stocked at all times. Would not return.

Got seated promptly. Went to the salad bar and was disappointed by the lack of toppings. The…read morepackage saltine crackers were very stale. The vegetable beef soup was good. Started with fried chicken, Mac and cheese, fries, green beans and a grilled pork chop. The fries just came out when I was there but they were cold and soggy. Fried chicken was ok, Mac and cheese was missing a cheese with flavor. Beans and pork chop were edible but not as tasty as they should have been. Went back to try the catfish, wish I hadn't. Was cold, slightly undercooked and had no flavor at all. Thanks for tartar sauce for flavor. Had the carrot cake which turned out to be the best part of the meal. The restaurant was clean, staff friendly but the food was underwhelming.

I feel it's above average because it's home cooking. The price wasn't bad, either. For two, plus two drinks, it was around $28. So if you add the tip to that, the price wasn't bad at all. Compared to a lot of other places, I didn't think the price was bad. The way I see it, you can easily spend $10 per person, if not more at a fast food place for just one meal. Now, onto the food. They had a salad bar section with different salad dressings so I really liked that. The day that I went, they had meat loaf, chicken n dressing, fried fish, fried chicken, and ham. I really didn't have any complaints about any of these. I thought it was pretty yummy. My favorite thing here was the fried chicken. Sides: the sweet potato casserole was my favorite side here. It was so yummy and made perfectly. I also thought the mashed potatoes and gravy were pretty good. They also had Mac n cheese, green beans, some corn, and a couple of different rolls/cornbread, and sides. Desserts: they had a lot of options for sweets so that really surprised me. They had some ice cream (the kind you scoop), a few cakes, peach cobbler, and some banana pudding. I didn't really get to try much of the dessert since I was full, but I did get a small amount of the peach cobbler to taste it and it was scrumptious. It's always hard to find some good peach cobbler, but I felt that it was made perfectly here. I also tried their sweet tea and I also thought it was made perfectly. It was nice and sweet just how I like it.
