The hibachi cooker spent the entire time on his cell phone while scratching his neck, face & arms asking continuously, "spicy , not spicy." The stir fry was overcooked. Our waitress did not wait. We had to clean our tables due to the plates piling up. We were not asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks the entire time we were there. She walked past us with a scowl on her face like we had stolen from her. She never introduced herself to the table. The food was okay but not worth the price. We waited 15 minutes for the check, she never brought it. We walked to the front and I asked the manager for the check and he directed me to the young lady at the register. Out of nowhere, our NON-waitress threw the check on the counter. All we could do was look at her. The entire time we were at this establishment, there was no interaction with the waitress because she never came to the table. I normally leave a 20%-30% tip but today it was Zero. Needless to say, I will not patronize this restaurant again. I had to give the restaurant 1 star because there wasn't a box for zero.

Her being there for a long time made us uncomfortable, rushed and lil nervous (usually server leaves after leaving the merchant copy) and it was very very annoying. The dining room is always spotless and the last time we went, they had stopped playing the odd videos of a guy singing on beach! Those are so strange but I kind of missed them. I've never had a complaint and the few mishaps that I did. I didn't worry about it. I just figured it was just a bad night. today I took some rice back, shrimp fried rice to be exact because the shrimp was not cooked and it made me ill the owner normally she's very nice but she was entirely rude to me. I was calmly explained too her that it was OK I didn't need my money back, or want anything else, I just wanted to make her aware that the shrimp wasn't cooked thoroughly and that it made me sick.
