Each time we've visited, we placed our order, paid, and then were told after the fact that they were out of key ingredients--an unacceptable and avoidable issue that speaks to poor management and customer service. Most recently, on Thursday, June 5th, we walked in and specifically asked the cashier if they were out of any food before ordering. She assured us everything was available, so I ordered a tofu bowl with noodles and vegetables, and my husband ordered a spicy chicken bowl. After paying, we sat down to wait, only to be approached by a staff member informing us that they were out of spicy tofu--despite confirming its availability beforehand. When I was asked if I'd like to substitute it with chicken, I explained that I am a vegetarian, making the substitution impossible. After three failed attempts to dine here, we've lost any confidence in this establishment's ability to serve customers reliably. Teriyaki Madness needs to address their inventory issues and ensure honest communication with patrons. Until then, we won't be giving them another chance. However, as we were served sashimi and sushi, i was confused of the texture of the fish. The fish felt odd. I feel that they were altered. The texture of the fish really strange. I tried and tried and told my hubby what I thought about their sashimi. That's why, I prolly ate a lot of ginger sushi. I always do. I do not know their vendor or supplier, but it did not feel right. Their sushi, as i described them as Anime sushi. They're heavy sauce, and again, so overpowering flavor and too salty. Their veggies were really good though, really fresh.
