Decided to try this place out for lunch since we were in Pasadena. Friendly servers, clean and casual establishment, clean bathroom, food was ok. Good variety of everything. I liked the fact that they have crawfish on the buffet for lunch unlike others that have it only after 4 pm. A plus for me. They don't have the powdered hot salt unless you ask for it and they give you about an ounce at a time. The food was kept rotated for the most part and hot. Some things did seem dry though. I tried a little bit of everything. While we were there, nobody used the hibachi grill. The wonton soup was actually good except the noodle seemed like it wasn't cooked all the way. The Chinese noodles were good. They did have some sushi. The crawfish came with potatoes and corn but the corn seemed like it was yesterday's leftover corn, JMO... the sweet tea was on point. They don't have a seniors discount and we paid almost $34 for 2 of us with tea. Lots of space, lots of parking available in a shopping strip. I wouldn't make a special trip just to eat there but it's ok.

01.16.26 had dinner with a very close friend of mine today…read more service, presentation, and food is very consistent and great here, i also like they dont change the recipe up, they keep it the same everytime. my close friend mentioned to me that she saw the noodle master thru the glass window, making the noodles, and after she ate what she ordered, the soup, she said very good, i cant tell they dont use a lot of salt like some other places do. we will definately be back. keep up the good work !

This restaurant left a lot to be desired. I took a chance while I was in Baytown as I saw they had…read morevarious locations around Houston. As we walked in the hostess/waitress looked at us and kept asking "what?" at least 4 times before she realized we wanted a table for 2. We were seated and we felt like we were inconveniencing the waitress as she seemed to not really want to be there at all. It felt like wanted to take our orders, and leave our table ASAP. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it did not seem like standard service. The "fresh" soup dumplings were so thick and chewy. Normally soup dumplings are supposed to be thin and delicate but these were the complete opposite. The beef noodle soup lacked flavor all around. I ordered it with wide noodles as the server told me they were around half an inch wide, my noodles came out and they were over an inch wide... which is not what I expected. The scallion pancake was the best item I had that night and that says a lot since it was probably frozen/pan fried. The poor service coupled with the food definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. I wouldn't go back or recommend this place to anyone as there are plenty of other soup dumpling restaurants in the Houston are
