We walked right up to the window to a smiling young lady that was pleasant and took our order quickly. The burgers are a "smash" style burger with decent flavor but waaaayyyy better than Krystal's gut bombs! You do have to sit outside which was decent but the car wash is loud AF next door and be prepared they have 90's R&B playing on the speakers which I like but tailored to the area for sure. I would have probably given them 5 stars but I didn't get to taste the sauce. It should be like Zaxbys and you get atleast one sauce and have to pay for additional sauces. If this is what everyone talks about then it should go with every meal! The fries are a waffle seasoned fry which is good and probably better dipping it in the sauce......

Okay, no problem. Two cars were waiting in front, and they received their orders and left. I continued waiting, and then watched cars behind me leave... after waiting a while too. No one came out and said anything to me... and after 25 minutes sitting there I eventually went in the store. No one at the register and others inside waiting too. Finally a woman, seemed to be a supervisor came to front, in which I stopped her to ask about my order... and she quickly said we are waiting on the strips. I told her I know it doesn't take 30 minutes to cook 3 chicken strips. She turned around and went to the back and started helping with burgers, telling another worker it's their "fault I was going off on her"... in which I didn't. No hold on, no apology, no give us a few minutes to check on it... nothing. More people even walked in to order, with no one at the registers... although I saw 5-6 people. Even the one that took my order had walked out the back, I assume to take her break or getting off. She didn't even look at me and walked by me twice. I finally received my food from another person, around 7-8 minutes later. It should never take 45 minutes to receive your a burger and strips meals, and the level of empathy or customer service was at zero... none. My order # was 596010 for reference, as some discussions need to be had with those involved. I am open to communicating further about this, and adjusting my review based upon whatever customer service happens moving forward. Thanks.
