Very disappointed in the business hours. Website says they are open at 5:00am. That is not true , went at 5:30am on a weekday and they were not open. Operations hours need to be updated and correct. read more

This place needs to be CLOSED and replaced with a a Restaurant that has a better quality of food and beverages!!!! They never have anything for more than a day meaning always out of something. Either step up or step out read more

This reminds me of White Castle's cousin. It's finger food with burgers, chicken sandwiches and mini dogs. The fries are crispy, and they have tater tots. The tater tots are a favorite and they run out too quickly. Get your fries or tater tots fully loaded to add to the experience (chili, cheese). And, they have the "junkyard" version of fries/tots which is loaded to the max! The staff here were superrrr helpful and courteous with the big order placed. It's a free standing building with a parking lot and outside seating only. read more

They didn't have any butter for the grits and seems like they didn't have anymore grits left since I received a spoon full filled with cheese that didn't melt because the grits weren't hot! Horrible service and horrible food! read more

Krystal - Cheese grits! - Burgers Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

They only have one person working at lunch time. The owners don't care as long as they are making a profit. The drive through is slow as hell. Why do we keep doing this to urban communities? I work in Alpharetta and I frequently go to the Krystal's up there and it's totally different. Good and hot food in a quick manner and good service. Why do we do this to ourselves. It's not just Krystal's but most companies in Clayton and Henry Counties ( Stockbridge) are the same. They are thugged out and no one seems to care. read more

I thought this was a fast food restaurant. We've been in line for over 10 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us that's crazy. By the time I got to the window it was 20 minutes. I could have sat down at the restaurant across the street and got my food quicker. I asked for light ice that didn't happen it was full Nice political answer, maybe your employees can learn from the Chick-fil-a way of running a business because it hasn't improved like yosince my last visit so I won't be coming back Well I broke down and came back to get this. An almost empty apple pie. What political excuse will the rep have for this. Also once again 10 min with only 3 cars in front. It's not rocket science read more

Absolutely the slowest Krystals in the ATL. They are always understaffed . The sign on the speaker said only taking 3 orders a time. How are they even turning a profit here?? ‍. If you are in a hurry then don't stop here. If you don't mind waiting 15-20 mins for 3 krystal Burgers then this is your spot . The food was still ok though. Maybe that's why I waited read more

If I could put -0 I definitely would have !! My order was mad simple Two classic pups and 1 chili cheese pup why I pay for it to be waiting 15 mins for three small hotdogs! I asked for a receipt multiple times only to be ignored still left without one he comes to the window asks me what I ordered again takes 10 more mins and comes back the coldest most shriveled hotdogs bread is drenched in water and cold and my biggest complaint IS WE PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW THE EMPLOYEE GETTIN READY TO KEAVE IS SMOKING A BLACK AND MILD IN THE STORE!!!! This needs to be checked and cleared because that's just unsanitary and it's going to ruin the business very quick! read more

My son and I stopped by at 6:30 to get a scrambler and the store was not even open, yet the sign says they open at 6:00. No one answered the speaker and the lady at the window with the colorful braids did not even acknowledge that we were there. So we drove away! read more

Hands down the slowest fast food in America! It's so slow, I'm still in line now writing this review. And I can't leave cause I already paid for my food. and this is after they re open! Got in line at 5:04 didn't get my food till 5:28 and they messed up my order. ‍ read more

Came to get 2 3 egg breakfasts and a large drink. Waited at the pick up window for 15 mins. Finally got my good, no forks, napkins and over cooked brown eggs. I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that he would only refund 1. He literally only gave me my money back on one order after I told him I didn't want any food from his disgustingly dirty store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I haven't ate at a Krystal's in years and now I remember why. read more

I love this food, but the special hours for Christmas Eve are wrong. I went at 9 hoping they were open and they weren't. Not sure why on their website and everywhere it says all of them close at 10. I called a few to see if they were open and no answer.. read more

I already feel sick to my stomach. After having to wait at least 15 minutes in line for the #1 combo, I received hot fries but cold grey looking burger patties on all four burgers. The buns were soggy on one end yet slightly warm and I didn't realize the meat situation until I took a bite. If I get sick tonight my check number on my ticket is 50135 drive thru. Just yuk!!!!! read more

Almost a 40 minute wait in the drive-thru and my order was still wrong. Plus the food was cold, bread was soggy . 2 of the 5 Krystal's still had onions and pickles. When the entire order was supposed to be without them. The young lady who took my order was polite. read more

Been waiting on drive through for 31 mins. One employee just walking around chillin outside another walking around aimlessly inside and no service at all. This place needs manager fired and maybe most of the employees and start from scratch read more

I went to this location yearning for a bacon scrambler bowl. Even tho I had to wait I was patient but when she brought those grits to meeeee they were creamy buttery hot and needed no salt or pepper they were on point. It takes them forever to take your order at the drive-thru and your waiting long periods of time to even receive your cold food. I had to come to this one because the one by my house closed down. I'll try the Fayetteville location. read more

This is literally the worst Krystal's I ever been to. I live about 2 minutes away from here so I keep trying to give them more chances because I like Krystal's. 6:00am is their displayed opening time. I've came 2 mornings around 6:15 am and they weren't even open. This morning (7:51am) they're not serving all breakfast items because "their truck hasn't come in". That's just the breakfast. During lunch and dinner hours the food is always warm never hot and every corn pup I've ever ordered was hard as rock. Now I just go to the Krystal's on exit 233 to save myself the trouble. Sn: the customer service isn't bad it's the food. The employees are nice people that make terrible food I guess. read more

Up til right now, I have SO far sat in this drive through 17 minutes. No one was manning either of the TWO NEW speakers, so I've pulled up to window one-also un-manned! Looks like people are having to order and pay at the last window. Finally got to that window at 10:07 I guess Finally got my food in just a few minutes. The cashier was very nice (male) and apologetic. Food seemed good, but they were "out of Dr Pepper" so he offered Coke. The Coke turned out to be Diet! Yuk! read more

I was pleasantly surprised on how good my meal was. I haven't been to Krystals in a very long time. I ordered the 12 Krystals for me and the fam and two regular fries. The sandwiches were hot along with the fries. Everything was good. So good, I decided to write a review . read more

We watched multiple cars, 8 to be exact pull away in drive through line because no one was servicing the drive through. Finally, I walked around to the window to find out if they were even open. The lady said they were understaffed. What a waste of 20 mins. Finally we left. read more

Bad customer service. Went for breakfast. I had to say hello first. Her response was go ahead with your order. I asked for a 3 egg plate (time is 7:19am). She said we're not serving that right now. I said ok, what are serving? She said sausage biscuit. I said ok. Then I drove to the Krystal's in Morrow. Again, I said hello a male said hold on. I waited, and then he said go ahead. I asked for the 3 egg plate, he said ok drive around. I get to the window, the guy that came to the window with a dirty Atlanta Falcons hoodie on, looking at me. I then had to ask for my total. REALLY?? I asked for the manager's name. He and the guy in the back (I take it the cook) didn't know the manager's. What in the world. I tried calling Krystal's a few times, but no answer. I just want it to be known. The customer in Stockbridge and Morrow (ATL031) suck!! I'm going to make a Facebook live about the crappy service. My advice is PLEASE DO NOT GO TO EITHER STORE! TGE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! THEY DESERVE AN "F"!! STOP JUST HIRING ANYONE. DO A REFERENCE CHECK AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more

This location has horrible service I did not get to coMplete my order at the drive thru kept getting interrupted and then I finally finish my order pull up to the window everyone was on there phones. Have been stopping here several times a week for the last 10 years. Last 4-5 years the level of service has definitely taken a turn for the worse where a lot of times I pass them by for Chik-fil-a down the street if they have more than just a few cars waiting. Yesterday I arrived with 2 cars ahead of me, 1st car moved through quickly & then everything came to a standstill as the cashier began flirting with the guy in the car ahead of me, he pulls forward & then she follows to the 2nd window to continue... went up the road a few exist to another Krystal. read more

This location has poor customer service and very unprofessional. I waited in line for 20 minutes before calling. I asked was there an issue because the line is not moving. He said yeah, we about to close. I asked what time do you close and he said 12(midnight). At this time it is 1022. I said so are you telling us not to order, his response was yeah that shit over with. I'm about to come out there and tell them that shit over with. I am so disappointed! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars for this place. How can a place have 2 drive thru lanes and both are empty so you pick the one on the right and sit there 7 minutes while 3 other cars come and go in the other lane before I'm even waited on. Then the guy who takes my order is super rude. read more

Since the new reopening, this location installed the "double drive thru ordering. When I went yesterday.. I pulled up to the outter speaker. The inner speaker had one person at the speaker & one person waiting behind them. When I pulled up to the putter speaker I waited 10 mins before anyone came on the speaker to take my order. Then once my order was placed I proceeded to wait an additional 20 mins with one car at the window & me behind them. My fries was cold by the time I got my food. I figured since the renovation they'd be better.. Boy was I wrong!! 30 min wait for 3 Krystal burgers.. No thanks read more

So damn slow!!! Went through the drive through ordered 24 burgers with no mustard. It took ten minutes to get to the window with only two cars ahead of me. What happens... you guessed it. Not much to say here - it's a drive-thru focused Krystal and it does what it's supposed to do, it serves Krystal food relatively quickly.
