Zaxbys - A Big Zax Snak Meal - Fast Food Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

It was my first time actually dining inside this location because logistics of our day. It was kinda dark vibes walking in. A lot of things on the counter but overall no biggy. Food was made fresh and hot it was a little early in the day but portion wise was good and so was taste. Service was quick she was friendly and repeated my order. There was no napkins on the table or any near by the bathroom did require a code to enter which was weird but I understand maybe because of the dynamic of the area. Young man did come by and check on us if we were good. Plus to that! read more

Sitting in the drive thru right now, next in line to the window...for nearly 20 minutes. Getting here took another 15 at least.Person working the drive thru hasn't even stepped to the window in that 20min. I could raise the chickens, process everything, and make my own chicken tenders faster. I could grow the grain for the Texas toast faster than this. I could fly to Africa and harvest the Kola nuts for the Coke Zero and fly back faster than this. I can see bags of food sitting next to the register, just getting cold as we wait. This is insane. Another 10min has passed since I first started this review, still nobody in sight. I'd leave but I'm trapped by a concrete pillar... Hands down the worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. read more

Zaxbys - Food, dying in the window for near 30min... - Fast Food Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

Took 6 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge me. Dee gave the customer in front of me her order and then ignored me. Jackie finally asked had I placed an order. I replied and then started to and then she said it timed her out. She said Zion take her order. Thanks Zion. So the service just really wasn't great for that moment. It was to go order but it's cute in here. It's decorated for valentines.Got home opened my food and I'm like why does it smell like seafood. Luckily I'm not allergic to seafood because it was two three pieces of shrimp in my wings and things. That would've been an issue to someone that was allergic. read more

The quality has gone down a lot. There is a certain part of me that expects that I should not have to request to fry my wings a minute or 2 extra because a done chicken is a done chicken. I'm not asking for extra crispy, just make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through. I have ordered from here on multiple occasions and the chicken wings appear soft in texture with too much pull. If I had to explain it, the wings are pulled out the grease a little to early and now they are sitting and waiting to be sauced and that creates that soft pull texture to them because the internal part of the wing wasn't cooked all the way through. I'm not a chef but just my reasoning of trying to explain why is the wing like that here. But I go through this with Zaxby's because the quality is not consistent. I'll order for a little bit hoping they would get it right and then I will go in another hiatus. But for this location only, please request at least an extra minute on your wings. read more

2019 Yelp 120 Challenge - #87 I would strongly discourage you from visiting this Zaxby's location. We only visited this location because we got into town very late and this was the only thing open. There was a line all the way around the building and long line inside. I'm sure that the employees were busy that is why the building wasn't cleaned. The food did not deliver as well. We waited for at least 30 minutes for our food and everything was mediocre. The chicken was barley seasoned and honestly we should have just went to bed hungry then wasted time and money here. read more

Zaxbys - Ordering - Fast Food Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

We had a wonderful lunch here. Niyanah took our order. She was sweet, friendly, and efficient. We got our order quickly. Found a booth under some nostalgic decor. Husband got his drink from the huge Coke machine. They also had iced tea dispensers, and an ice/water dispenser. I used the latter. Husband liked his 4 Fling plate, especially the creamy cole slaw. Chicken and crinkle fries were tasty too. My grilled chicken salad was ample, fresh and delicious. Lots of chicken! Both came with Texas toast. Yummy! Nothing tasted like "fast food." The place looked clean. Inside and out. Prior comments about cleanliness must have been taken to heart. But the trash cans near the exit doors were full & they needed to be emptied. The women's bathroom was clean, but it had a defective soap dispenser. A single hand soap pump was available. Only one of two towel dispensers worked. The music was pleasant. Seemed to have a Christian theme. Relaxing and uplifting too. read more

Zaxbys - The food - Fast Food Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

It took a long time to get our food. Orders after ours were getting filled, while we were still waiting. The inside was dirty, tables and booths had not been wiped down in a while. Workers moving slow and on their phone the whole time. No one there working wanted to be there, clearly. They all looked quite miserable. I think Zaxby's in general are all going down hill fast, it's a shame The food itself was fine but it makes the whole experience not enjoyable. read more

Arrived today at 7:25 pm. I came inside bc the drive thru was moving slowly. I walk in and there is nobody inside and the workers were just standing around except the two that were tending to the drive thru. The restaurant was in need of some cleaning. I didn't even make my drink bc the drink machine was disgusting. Patronize at your own risk. read more

Not worth stopping for. Poor service and wouldn't give us all our food even after asking.

This was my first time at Zaxby's & I am impressed. When it comes to fast food restaurants, I typically have low expectations. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and wings. The food was fresh & delicious. Zaxby's will definitely be my go-to fast food restaurant when I'm visiting Atlanta. read more

The kids that work here is so disrespectful. Drive Thur line to line. I waited for 25 minutes. The kid little boy was acting like he could not hear while taking orders. While you here them laughing and talking about messing with ppl while talking there order. To much then got cold food . Would never ever visit this location again. read more

Worst Zaxby's I've ever been to in my life! Been in drive thru line for 45 minutes. Employees leaving restaurant on break while customers waiting 40+ minutes?? Absolutely ridiculous!!! What makes it worst is for most of the drive they line you are trapped and can't leave. I will never return to this location!! read more

Horrible quality. They care nothing about the customer. Management makes excuses for the lack of attention to how the food is prepared. Then the prices are going up, but the portions are getting smaller. Ridiculous!! This particular location has staffing issues. They just can't seem to get right. The food quality has been raggedy for a while. I ordered cheddar bites and hardly got any. I spoke with management and he just dismissed the fact that I was not happy with the amount. Then, I ordered the signature sandwich. I am missing the cheese and bacon on the sandwich. The whole order i wanted to throw back. But, wbo wants tobsit around another hour to get my order. They are slow and just dont care. It really sad. This location needs an overhaul IMMEDIATELY!!! read more

Terrible service. I put in an online order that said 10-15 min and it took 35 min to get a SALAD with chicken tenders! Customer service was trash. Everyone was moving like turtles. Very disorganized. Idk they need to do better. Also a smell walking in. read more

Things have really changed at this location. Horrible service! How do you not speak to your customers?! Mediocre food at best, old fries, ugh! read more

Been in line for 25 minutes. Was trying to figure out what the issue was. Well the lady in front of us got a family meal. Now common sense would have been to pull her up since she ordered a large amount of food , but they didn't. It was no way to back out or even pull of because we were boxed in. All we ordered was two salads and a chicken finger plate. In no way or fashion form were we given an apology for waiting so long. For large orders especially family orders you should have your customers come inside to place their order. Customer-service is a must and it just wasn't given at all. read more

Not what i expected. The salad though is very tasty. Fries ughh and fried pickles ughh. Will not be coming back. read more

Worst zaxbys I've been too in a long time employee's was horrible definitely need new management

This was one of the most disgusting Zaxby's I have ever been too. It is so dirty the drink machine had soda surrounding the refill spout. it has been a while since they cleaned it. There was dust, dirt and food all over the window sills and in the seats. Food was under cooked . The seating closer to the restroom has a strong urine smell and the bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. toilets were backed up and I know the employees see them but they avoided doing anything about it. I told the employees about the restroom because my son had to use it and came back and said it is so nasty in there there is poop and pee everywhere. The employees were very rude and said it's not my job to clean them. read more

The service at this location "SUCKS"!! No sense of urgency and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Who is the owner?? Please contact me!!! My wife lost 250 point's trying to get cookies and never received them due to the wait. We go in only to be told they are only taking online orders. Why is that not posted on the door. Please make it make sense!!! We are highly disappointed!! The Ambiance " SUCKS" at this location. The lobby wasn't welcoming. read more

First time in Georgia and i thought I'd try it for the first time, flavor wasn't bad. However the place needs major upkeep and the staff seem to be on the moon. I had to go back to them for stuff they didn't put in my bag. Forgot ketchup, dipping sauce and napkins. Floors were sticky and run down for the most part. read more

I waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes to get to the speaker for the drive thru employee to tell me they were out of fries, chips, and onion rings. When I asked what can substitute this, I was told CELERY AND TOAST instead of them offering some other sides without an up charge, especially since it was due to their lack of product. Won't be back to this location. read more

When in GA, I love to stop at Zaxby's. It's a fast food joint that serves all manner of chicken. Mostly fried chicken offerings, although there are some grilled chicken options. I consider Zaxby's one of my fast food guilty pleasures that I only get to experience while in the ATL area. read more

Went inside to eat dinner tonight. Received the food and sat down at the table to eat. Alot of commotion going on and there are a few workers inside the store cussing and be loud showing off to some ladies in the store. One of the Zaxbys employees lit up a cigarette inside of the store. I knew it was time to leave. On the way out the door the employee was still cussing. I said please dont be disrespectful and cuss in front of my Lady it's very rude. Then he became outrate and said what am I going to do about it and pulled off his hoodie and said we can get it popping I'm from the south whatever that meant. I said just dont use foul language especially if you work here. One lady came outside possibly a manager and told him to leave. I did not know that Zaxbys was so unprofessional. read more

This location disappointed in a big way. We went in at 7 pm and we were taken aback by the appearance: drink station was dirty, entrance was dirty with spilled drinks and straw wrappers from the drink station, lighting was low and eerie... and this was before reaching the counter which wasn't in any better condition. Nevertheless we decided to leave. I used to work fast food and know how it gets when it's peak customer time, but this was ridiculous... read more

I have never been much of a Zaxby's fan. Living in Metro Atlanta Chick-fil-a pretty much rules. Having said that, I just had a Zaxby's Grilled Chicken Sandwich.
