Miso Soup

Food is so good and affordable! Everything is fresh. Best shrimp fried rice down in this town. I love the small, simple menu. Krab salad was tasty and fresh.. Sushi is good too. Finally something different, simple and good.

Hair in chicken lo mein

Food was good up until I found a very long piece of hair in my chicken lo mein. Mexican guy at counter provided HORRIBLE service.

This is my go to spot for some quick sushi or hibachi. They have takeout and dine in. The restaurant is decent. The customer service is OK. I usually call in my order for pick up. The food is good. I like the spicy salmon, the mountain roll and the crab salad. I plan on trying more.

I was disappointed in the taste from the first time I had it a year ago it was delicious. They have definitely fallen off. Chicken was soggy.

Affordable (with the exception of the beverages), tasty meals that are quickly prepared right before your eyes! My personal favorite is the Chicken/Shrimp hibachi-style cuisine!! The restaurant, itself, is quite small and often is empty due to most ordering their orders to-go, but still there's enough seats to entertain a small group on dine-in patrons. Decent bathrooms, as well, are at guests disposal.

Excellent taste. Great choice for first timers . I will be ordering again in the near future

I had an opportunity to come across this little "hood gem" when I was visiting the beauty supply store in the same plaza. The dining area is small, but clean and the food is cooked to order and delicious! I've had the sushi and it's good, also the crab salad is good.....but don't be deceived, it's not your normal "salad," there's actually no lettuce, but it is crabmeat tossed in a great sauce! If you get a chance to visit, please do so!

Came In craving hibachi and this place didn't fail me. I ordered salmon and shrimp hibachi, edamame and a crunch roll. Food was pretty yummy, edamame could've had more of flavor to it and sushi had avocado when I asked for it to be without. Besides that would definitely come back again.

Hibachi Chicken and Spider Roll

Ordered the Hibachi Chicken with rice and veggies. Also ordered the Spider roll with spicy mustard. It was absolutely delicious.

If you want authentic real sushi not that grocery store stuff, this is the place to go! The sushi is amazing! You definitely get fresh quality food. Sooooooo good! They are also on Uber!

It is ducked off in the same plaza as Moe's and the location is very spacious. Upon walking in there was a sign with the lunch specials written on it. We were treated by a smiling face and very polite hostess, who then showed us to our seats. After being seated for about a minute, our server Eunice, came and welcomed us in. Since my friend has been here many times, she was able to figure out what she wanted quicker than me lol. I decided on the Black Dragon roll, without avocado, and a side of fried rice. I wanted to try something new today lol, so I didn't ask for them to remove the eel. Much to my surprise it was reallllyyyyy good. I had never had eel before today and I must say I will definitely be adding this roll to my go to's. The roll itself had the appropriate amount of crunch and then the eel gave it an almost butter-like addition. Service was great, food was AMAZING, and the atmosphere was just what we needed for our lunch!! I will definitely be back.... Sooon.

How the heck did I spend $80 at a Ramen restaurant?…read more Let me tell you how. I had the green tea warm sake ($11) wasn't that impressive. It wasn't really warm, more like room temperture. Also, the waitress told me it was $7 so I was surprised when the check came and it was $11. I wouldn't mind paying $7 for it, but for $11 I would have ordered the wine. The Seafood Ramen ($20) a full crab leg cluster, approximately six jumbo shrimp, seaweed and spinach. DELICIOUS. Still not as hot and I would have preferred, but it was great the next day for lunch. Its a large bowl and well worth the $20 it cost. Cucumber Roll ($8), I liked it. I also ordered dinner to-go for my daughter. House Fried Rice ($16) Two to-go Yum Yum Sauce and Teriyaki Sauce ($3). To-go sauces are $1 each. Quite upsetting to get home and the entire Teriyaki sauce had opened and spilled in the bag. Pan Fried Gyoza (dumplings) ($7). They added 18% gratuity to my check ($12) Our waitress was new and mentioned it to us several times as she took our order. She did a good job considering she was new and was serving a table of 11 people ranging in age from 6 to 82. I was very impressed with the food. The location sits inside a strip mall and its the sorta place you wouldn't expect the food to be so tasty but its a surprising thing that it is. Very busy for pick up and uber eats or whatever service they use. There is a bar area that seats up to about to people easily and you can watch them make the sushi rolls if you sit at the bar. I had no idea that a Ramen dinner could cost upwards of $80 but once I got home I realized most people probably don't order two entrees and two appitizers and sake It was my co-workers birthday and she says she comes here all the time for the warm sake and ramen and its always a nice vibe. 42 minutes from my home, so I probably won't do that very often, but I'd surely return for a group gathering. We had great conversation, the wine and sake was flowing and the entire restaurant joined in for the singing of happy birthday and the order presented us with fried Oreos with a creamy frosting as the birthday treat and bought out enough Oreos for our entire table.

This is not your typical sushi restaurant as evident from its long sushi bar to its upstairs private booths. We were one of the first to arrive for a weekday happy hour and enjoyed trying various sushi, miso cod, and cold Japanese beer. We wish that frenetic Lily's was not the next sushi exploration stop on our progressive activity as we were spoiled by Edo's tranquil environment and quality food at Edo. The hamachi kama yaki was a lovely presentation of a very large grilled collar. Our request to modify the orange blossom roll for regular tuna instead of spicy tuna and no mayo was not a problem either. The jalapeno yellow tail roll was generous portion and again- hold the mayo please! Very pleasant and non rushed service. Only odd note were the photos on the menu- guess that was needed before diners became more familiar with the cuisine. Plenty of parking in its private parking lot in the N. Point shopping area. Looking forward to our next visit!

The sushi rolls were made with rice that looked more like brown rice than traditional white sushi rice. When we asked our server about it, he explained that it was "caramelized rice" prepared with vinegar. Whatever the process was, it completely distorted the flavor of the rolls. The food also looked nothing like the photos, and the portions were surprisingly small. My lychee martini tasted like a lemon-drop martini and had to be returned and remade twice. Overall, the food and drinks simply were not good. For a Japanese restaurant, the quality and flavor of the sushi were especially disappointing. We would not return.

I used my Yelp search for a sushi spot and actually looked at the pics to see if the rolls looked good hahaha. I found Tokyo in this search and let me tell youuuu.... It was sooo good. Upon walking up, they have a huge menu on the outside window, so you can look at it before walking in or if you are passing by. Inside there is room to eat-in. Behind the counter there is a small section where the sushi rolls are made. You can also see the guys on the hibachi grill preparing food. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll without cucumber, a Tokyo roll without avocado, and the steak and shrimp entree. They give you enough seafood sauce in the bag, but if you want more, they have their sauces over by the drink station. Noooow let's get into this foooood. I looked at it and knew it was going to be really good.... And looks were NOT deceiving. Both of the rolls were PERFECT!! I was actually mad that I didn't get more, instead of getting the entree lol. The tempura salmon ontop of the Tokyo roll was sooo crunchy. Oh my!! It was soooo good!! I'm only giving 4-stars because the steak and shrimp entree was very bland. Next time I will get extra rolls rather than the entree. Oh and the prices are realllllyyyy good too. I will definitely be back for more rolls!! If you like sushi... they have a nice selection and you can watch the gentleman make them!!

They have to go menus & you go to the counter to place your order & they give you a number then bring the food to you. The atmosphere is kind of blah but the food wasn't! We tried a little bit of everything, since it was our first time. The sushi - it was nice & freshly made. While it was good, it oddly tasted dry. I guess I'm use to my sushi having sauces on them & I guess the ones I ordered were sauce less. The hibachi - my friend enjoyed their order, said it tasted good. They ordered the steak, chicken, & shrimp combo with veggies and rice. The chicken wings - VERY GOOD!! They were seasoned to the bone & fried perfectly. The dumpling (pork) - tasty & tasted even better with the sauce that goes with it. The spring roll - crunchy and delicious! It comes with one but I could have easily eaten more. The sweet tea gets an honorable mention bcuz it tasted fresh & was perfectly sweet. I've had sweet tea at restaurants that tasted sour or stale, like it was a day old or had been out all day. Not this tea. It was delicious, like I'd made it myself at home. We would definitely return!

The short, thin hostess at the front repeatedly rolled her eyes behind our backs while seating us. I didn't notice it at the time, but our friend pointed it out towards the end of our meal, and it left a very negative impression. Our server was also inattentive. He checked on nearly every table around us multiple times but rarely came by ours. We ordered over $150 worth of food for just the two of us, yet received very little service. Despite that, we still left a 20% tip. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing as well. A lot of the food arrived cold. The quality and taste were nowhere near as good as what we remembered from previous visits. After giving this restaurant multiple chances, we can confidently say we will not be returning.
