You may want to pair it with a sandwich this time, though, as the Pho noodles will harden in the fridge, and therefore are not doable for the next day. The Spring Rolls w/their peanut sauce are also amazing!! Years ago, I used to get either the Veggie or Chicken lomein, and that was really good as well, but once I went "Pho", I cannot go back to anything else!
