Great Chinese Food. I always customize my order and it's always delicious and correct. Prices are good and food is yummy!

Ordered delivery which came in a reasonable time, but delivery driver, which I believe was their own, as my receipt did not include ubereats or any other fee, wanted to chat about hats, letting my food get cold. One I opened the bag, it went downhill faster. General Two's Chicken was not spicy enough and way too sweet. Side was supposed to be white rice (verified on email) got fried rice. Ordered steamed dumplings, no dumpling sauce. Would not order again. read more

This place is just flat out good, easy, trustworthy Chinese food. When it comes to portions you get more than what you pay for, I literally have meals for about 3 days after the fact (don't judge me) I've never had a problem or any complaints about their food and I've been going here for years. They're always fast and always ready, when they say 10-15 minutes they mean. Always nice on the phone. read more

I have been a loyal customer for over a decade,but for last 5 times every time I ordered and requested packets of mustard and duck sauce with my delivery, they totally failed to do so , 5 times in a row. That is Unacceptable n my book, when each time specifically asked for packets of mustard and duck sauce, and they never delivered!! Shame on them!! If I could leave this ZERO stars I would. Was on the phone, placed our order and was told the wait time was 45 minutes for delivery. So that should be the max wait time correct? WELL over an hour later, we still did not get our food. Mind you we live straight down 10th so if that weren't the case we could have simply gotten our food for pick up in a matter of MINUTES. And it wouldn't have been so much of a big deal, hadn't my significant other had work at 8pm when we ordered our food at 6:30pm. We literally couldn't even eat dinner. We were supposed to have a nice dinner together before work and couldn't even do that! The woman on the phone gave me excuse after excuse and was not even remotely helpful. Absolutely the WORST service I've ever had. I work in the food industry and I know when there is a problem with wait time or an order, to compensate for the issues you offer something for the trouble. All she did was ask me if I wanted to keep it or refund it. So thanks to her neither of us are eating dinner tonight. My s/o is on the way to work with disappointment and an empty stomach. Thank you for absolutely nothing. This place is awful, and unless you have 2 hours to be waiting for your meal or want terrible customer service I recommend you find somewhere else to eat! read more

Let me start off by saying that I've been going to and ordering from this restaurant since 2009. Back then it was my favorite and as I moved locations they continued delivering to me. The delivery guy is awesome. I've enjoyed this place over the last decade. Up until the last month I don't know what's going on, but I've called multiple times I get hung up on and when I finally got the name of the girl hanging up on me, I felt bad and didn't call the owners and tell them about her horrible service. I ordered again food was great as usual. I figured maybe this Chinese food telephone bully just had a bad day. But I called again tonight to place an order and this girl laughed and giggled as she denied my card and lied about it being unacceptable. Mind you these are the same card numbers I've had for years and the only card I've ever used with them. I never been able to reach the owners and I've tried so here's my final attempt. The food is soo good here and affordable! Their lunch combo is a very good deal. You get a drink, egg roll, and rice with your lunch combo.

Have ordered several times, food is normally excellent. This time dumplings were OVER cooked, very hard, not ediable, threw them away, very disappointed. Decided to Contact and inform them, stated if I wanted a replacement, I would have to dig original order out of trash and give to them. Basically a take out place that is very popular. They have low prices and delivery services for orders over $10. We had a light dinner of a quart of hot and sour soup and steamed dumplings. Very tasty and less than $10. In shopping center on the northeast corner of Florida Mango Rd. and 10th Ave. North in Lake Worth. There are a few tables but no one was eating in while I was there. read more

Was upset the place I wanted to eat from was closed. But I tried here and everything was pretty good. Reasonable price for all i ordered. Delivery time was good. Food taste good. Girl on the phone seems nice but also seemed like she was having a bad day. Not complaining just know it shows and its not good for business. You should be happy where you work. Usually good food. Order about once a week.however, They have never gotten our order correct but I've never cared to complain about it. Tonight i did call and complain and they tried to tell me I didn't order what i did. Just fix my order or the very very least apologize for it. Excellent! Real NYC style food. I love this place found it by accident, sitting in traffic lol. Crispy duck without any sauce , pure heaven.The best dumplings in town. Had to try the BBQ ribs, now I order them all the time! Gee whiz no kidding 3x's a week. They will make stuff off the menu, I had beef and black bean sauce, super..But that duck is so good .Excellent soup too really like the hot n sour. I love this place so much, I could literally sleep in their bathroom. Their customer service was great. I called in once and it was my first time ordering from their place and I didn't know what I wanted or what they had. I took about 8 minutes asking about this and that and the lady stuck with me the whole time, she didn't get impatient she kept on a calm voice the WHOLEEE time. And knowing most restaurants, they will be pretty mad after 2 minutes or maybe even a minute and thirty. And don't get me started on their food ..... AMAZING . PERIOD . I tried almost everything on their menu and I don't regret trying it . AT . ALLLL . Every bite tastes like heaven , it's incredible. First time we ordered, my boyfriend ordered a tofu dish because he's vegan, when it came, it had little chunks of beef in it, and nowhere in the description did it mention having beef, he couldn't eat it. My food was fine, not great but it was good enough. We were really hungry and decided to give them another shot, we ordered over an hour and a half ago, and we still don't have our food. We tried calling twice to see where our food is and a woman picks up and then hangs up and we hear the sound of a fax line. It is a Monday night, it isn't as if it some crazy busy weekend. It got to a point where we decided my boyfriend would just go out and get Burger King. Will not be ordering from them again though, as they've wasted a portion of our night waiting for them with no contact whatsoever. They apparently close at 10pm, at the time of the review it is 9:37pm. I'm doubtful the food is even going to come and we are disputing the charge on the card we paid with. read more
