They're friendly and fast! I've gotten a few lunch combos, and they're always generous portions. My beef and broccoli had really fresh, crisp broccoli; if you like puffy breading on your sweet and sour like I do, get it; also have tried General Tso's. Their fried rice is awesome because it's not the dark brown soy-sauce laden mess a lot of places serve. I got veggie fried rice and it's really full of big chunks of broccoli and carrots with onions, bean sprouts, and scallions. I have ordered three times delivery from this place ... the second time zero issues and the food was pretty good... but the first and third time they send out this driver and his phone card reader does not work out here! I gave him 3 cards all liquid and reads declined... I told him it's either his reception or his reader... let me call the store and let them run the card over the phone... he says no after waiting an hour for the delivery and takes the food... I've called the last time this happened and they said they would do something and I thought they had since the second one had no issues but AGAIN! This bothers me to write this because we are long time customers, sometimes ordering up to 3 times a week. But over the last few months, the food, and the service have gone down hill and fast. The final straw was a few weeks ago we order Mo Shu Chicken, and said "no mushrooms" because I am highly allergic. This was a common request with our orders. The food came loaded with mushrooms. When we called we were yelled at by both staff and owner. Called liars. The owner actually wanted to come to our house, inspect the food, before he would replace the order. We wound up paying for it anyway just to avoid a hassle. Tonight I decided to give them another shot. I called, and the women who answered the phone remembered what happened a few weeks ago. When I asked for clarification about the mushrooms, she got very defensive and started yelling at me. I said just forget the order and her reply was "Fine. Bye bye." Bye bye is right. I sat and waited until 7:15, the food was still not ready and I had an appointment I needed to get to so I had to leave. When I requested a refund or for them to remake the food at another day or time. they refused and were very rude. Then man just kept just saying they were very busy. Not only did the guy who took our order seem hostile, but the food was less than average. My husband ordered the "Hawaii Five O" and I order the "Kung Po Chicken"... When I tried my husband's food, the sauce/base flavor tasted the EXACT SAME as mine (no difference whatsoever) and his biggest complaint was hardly any meat in his dish; same for Me. After they switched owners the food is horrible, I used to really like it, now there rice, and lo mein is bland, tasteless, hardly any onions, and doesn't seem fresh, there hunan beef is so salty couldn't eat it, the chicken wings were soggy and dried out!
