I did not enjoy our meal! The General Tso is sweet and not spicy at all much like the Orange chicken should be. The egg rolls are ok but full of cabbage not meat. The fried rice is a light yellow instead of a darker yellow/light brown and there was only pork in it though I ordered House combo. read more

I just ordered tonight and was very disappointed. First they raised the prices on everything and haven't updated the menu, so you don't know what happened until after you see the receipt. They also made the portions smaller, while raising prices. My combo was 3/4 rice and just a tiny bit of meat and I paid more for that !! Please for your sake and the sake of your family never order the chicken chow mein. I expected a noodle bowl with chicken on top, boy was I incredibly disappointed. Over the phone a woman told me that the chow mein was the bowl with cabbage and onion, I assumed this was correct because a typical noodle bowl comes with these chopped up inside. I received my food and only realized I was mistaken when I had arrived home famished. I open the bowl and saw what looked like chicken soaking in a watery bath of onion and cabbage. I tried (I mean I really did try to eat it) but genuinely this was one of the worst plates of food I've put in my mouth. I returned to the store and explained my misunderstanding in an attempt to get chicken lo mein instead (this is what i had expected the chow mein to be). There was a little bit of difficulty because the take out worker had explained there was cabbage over the phone, but thankfully they understood and granted some lenience for my misunderstanding. Moral of the story: do not order chow mein from here unless you like a soggy bath of cabbage, onion, and flavorless chicken. The staff at this establishment was nice enough to fix the problem and for that I am appreciative. But I will probably never order here again. read more

I don't understand people. We live in loxahatchee and though some of the Chinese restaurants are okay, they all have higher ratings than this place. We've now ordered 3 times from there and I can tell you their food is significantly better than any Chinese in the area. The fried rice is actually like fried rice I grew up eating....not the Americanized , cheap version of yellow rice with peas and carrots these other Chinese restaurants try to pass off. The egg and spring rolls are actually fresh with crispy vegetables inside instead of mush. The wonton soup isn't just high sodium canned chicken broth with frozen dumplings inside. It seems as though it's made with real fresh stock, not too salty, with green onion and nice dumplings. The beef with garlic sauce is delicious and fresh. If you rate one of the other places in the west lake or loxahatchee area higher than this, you don't actually like Chinese food. You like American fast food from a Chinese restaurant. read more

The manager thought his smart ass comment would be funny "If you go to Walmart and leave a bag, do you expect them to know you left it." ah "NO" I expect when I place a to go order with my phone number and spend almost 90.00 for the person packing the order to pack it proper. Then if there's an extra combination platter sitting around unpacked to realize .... oh we forgot to pack it, let me call the customer to apologize bring it over make it right. We had ordered several times in the past months with good results. Just ordered last night and I think we both food poisoning. The rice was not cooked at all in the 2 combo plates, my boneless ribs were cooked at least a week ago and left dry. I called to get it refunded and they said to bring it in. Wrong answer. I would be hesitant to order there ever again and will go back to the one near Publix. DO not order from these people.... BAD food. read more

Ordered delivery, the minimum was $15. I chose the fried chicken wings, krabmeat Rangoon, an egg roll, and a large wonton soup. The chicken wings are 4 full size wings cut in halves. They are seasoned nicely and the delivery packaging is insulated which kept them hot upon delivery. The krabmeat Rangoon comes with 6 pieces, which is plenty. They were fried perfectly and the filling was sweet and delicious. The dipping sauce included had a funny aftertaste but the Rangoon was so good it could be eaten without the sauce. The egg roll was fried perfectly as well and just as tasty as everything else. This is definitely my favorite local Chinese restaurant. read more

This place is ridiculous. Only my second time eating here.. 1st time I was driving by and decided to stop in.. 2nd time I ordered over the phone. Went to pick up my order and they said it had been delivered!! I asked how she had my address and she said.."you already paid for it so you are good"...! Not thinking anything about it... I got home and my husband said nthn had been delivered!! When I called back to the restaurant to see about my order they were rude... short... and disrespectful! Our food FINALLY came when speaking to the delivery driver because they were at another house... it was cold, burnt, and dry! We called and was blown off yet again... The staff is polite, with the exception of the owner, who is usually playing cards and doesn't even look up to say hello. My orders have always been correct. Although the location is convenient for me, this will probably be the last time I order from them. The last 3 times, the vegetables have not been fresh and the rice has been inedible. It seems like it is rice from a few days earlier that has been reheated. Maybe it is a sign of the times and they have become disheartened. But, this is the gloomiest place to walk into and the food is going straight downhill. read more

One of the worst places I have ever been to. The person who took our order today was VERY RUDE!!! First of all he was in such a rush to take the order that he messed up. When the order was delivered we realized the mistake and called him back. Instead of accepting the mistake he said that we ordered what we received and hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again before I could even try to explain. My father originally made the order so he called back a third time and he told us to bring the food to him because I was our fault and hung up a 3rd time. I've lived in Loxahatchee for a little over 2 years and have not heard good reviews on this restaurant. Today it was raining and figured we would try it. Not only was our food delivered correctly, but it arrived super hot and within 15 minutes!!! Definitely worth trying if you are craving Chinese food! This is the worst Chinese food I have ever had, maybe the worst food in general I have ever had! I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered pork fried rice, chicken chow mein, orange chicken and general tsos chicken. The orange and general tsos chicken looked and tastes exactly the same, which had no flavor at all!! The chow mein was plain chicken and onions, no noddles at all and tasted awful. The rice tasted and smelled rancid. I even tried to put sauce on it to taste better but even the duck sauce that came in the little packets had no flavor! Such a waste of $40 read more

Amazing Chinese especially if you like dishes on the spicy side. All Chinese restaurants are know for huge portions guaranteed to produce leftovers but some places skimp on the beef. Not here. Nice balance of meat and fresh crunchy vegetables. Best curry chicken anywhere by far. Even impressed a Jamaican (you know they take their curry serious) co-worker when I let her try some of my leftovers. There is one other Chinese place in town that is closer to me which I tried first when I moved out here but Great Wall blows them away and well worth the extra drive. They have managed to survive in a shopping plaza that has been more than half empty for several years. Very friendly owner. read more
