Surprise, surprise! Tiny little place but big on flavor. Reasonable priced and great service. Don't bring a crowd unless u order to go.

Our first and last time here. We decided to dine-in. The girl at the counter (where you order)…read morebecause there is no table service here wasn't familiar with the menu. We ordered sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, lo mein, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and pot stickers. The fried potstickers were served first. There are no fountain drinks here, so it's bottled beverages. The potstickers were actually good. The sesame chicken was hot, but the sauce was unlike any that I've ever had and that's not a good thing. The lo mein was below average at best. The crab Rangoon were good. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like it was a marmalade. The chicken was hot, but the sauce was not complimentary. The rice was bland and undercooked as there were hard pieces of uncooked rice. Our main complaint was with the cleanliness of the tables. Ours smelled like mildew and we watched one employee clean off another table in which she used an obvious dirty rag. The Health Department should be made aware of their lack of proper hygiene regarding the cleanliness of the table. They also only give you plastic, cheap forks to eat with. In a sit down eating establishment, metal utensils should be provided. We can definitely mark this one off of our list as we will not be returning.

By the time I stepped inside, I already have an idea of what I would like. No one dined in at Oriental Garden on this particular Wednesday night. There were 2 orders ahead of me. The wait was 15 minutes or so, fairly quick. Price is fair, not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. There's a 3.5% discount with cash. Got a large wonton egg drop soup for $7. The egg drop soup was good, but the wontons were not. The flour wraps were too thick, making the wontons tasted floury. One of the worst wontons I've had. The Hunan triple delight was better and had good amount of shrimps, chicken, beef, and vegetables. The black bean sauce tasted really good. Is it the best Chinese place in Broken Arrow? Probably not. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. It was fairly cheap and certain food tasted good. The wontons may not be great but that soup was only $7.

It's been ages since we have been to Chengdu. I don't know why because it's probably my favorite…read moreAsian restaurant. I like it because of its authenticity. You can get all the common dishes here but you can also get some unusual dishes that are very authentic. My grandson once ordered jelly fish. You can't get that at very many local restaurants. Another thing I like is that they have a couple of large round tables with lazy Susans. Our extended family sat at one of those tables once. It was fun putting the things we wanted to share on the lazy Susan and being able to spin it around and try what we wanted. It made for fun conversation talking about the different dishes. That was when our grandson ordered jellyfish. The restaurant is fairly small but the large tables make the restaurant good for groups. I think this would be an excellent place for a Yelp event. They have a lunch menu but you have to ask for it. It includes some of the popular Asian dishes for $9:95. They have smaller portions that come with a choice of soup or egg roll. Danny and I asked to see the lunch menu, but decided to order off the main menu. We split Crispy Tofu with garlic sauce and egg rolls. I liked the presentation of the egg rolls. They were cut diagonally and arranged nicely on the plate. The tofu dish was quite tasty. Next time, I plan to get Mei Fun. I have had it here before and loved the variety of flavors. The service wasn't terrible but it wasn't wonderful. We got our food in a timely manner, but we felt rushed to order and she didn't check to see if we needed anything or refill our water glasses. Service here has been excellent in the past. I am glad we came back to Chengdu and were reminded of how much we like it. We will be back soon.

We had a small group and were able to get a table right away. Our table had a lazy susan in the center which is great for groups. The service was efficient and our food came out quickly. Our waitress did check on us periodically and did refill drinks. The portion size of the food was good and a little salty. I enjoyed the green beans but they had a little bit of a lemony flavor that had a weird after taste. I think the Kung Pao could have used a little more heat. The price for the food was decent.
