I ordered online and I contacted Jackie to arrange pick up and luckily she was going to be in a holiday market in Westport that weekend, so she offered me to pick up there, saving me some driving time. So far, we have tried the beef, chicken and cheese empanadas (both as snack and dinner), and they are just satisfying. Mike does not skimp on the filling for the empanadas. We've also tried the caramel empanadas (can be topped with powdered sugar, Nutella, or condensed milk) but we've had it plain. With Mike's suggestion, we added vanilla ice cream on top- and it did need it. The caramel is super sweet, so the vanilla ice cream cut the sweetness a lot. Mike is super friendly, and we wish him loads of success in his business!
