Chilly breeze rep, Bobby came out upon request to check out our air conditioner. Said our compressor had rusted old terminal and stated we needed a new system. Then he says he went to get something out of the truck, but he left, and text me he going to office to see if he had a system we could use and would text me. He never came back, never called or texted. I am telling everyone I know at the hospital I work atnot to call him. What's his problem? I have since hired another company to install a new system. For several years my compressor made noise. Blamed many sleepless nights on my insomnia. Told by another company only thing to do was replace a/c. Called Bobby last Saturday morning to get a second opinion. So glad I did! He worked me in the schedule same day. Took a look at the compressor, that sits outside my bedroom window.
