And when I looked closer, it appeared to have been just unceremoniously dumped on top rather than being baked under the cheese? I did ask why I got the pile of dried out, dark chicken meat, and not the normal white pieces? But the young lady who helped me had no clue, mumbling something incoherent. I just wanted to get out of there, having no tolerance for their stupidity and piss poor A/C. The inside was bright, fast casual and somehow cozy all at the same time. Everything was great here, my issue is with the prices most likely set by the company. I have also been to two other Sittoo's around Cleveland and appreciate how convenient they are. The staff is friendly (although there were only two people working and it got pretty busy), the prices are reasonable, and the food is pretty decent although I do prefer other Mediterranean places to Sittoo's. Today I got the business lunch special ($7.95) which is a plate of a variety of meats, rice, salad, and a piece of pita bread. Pretty basic fare and nothing too spectacular when it comes to taste but it is a good price and can be healthy if you don't put too much sauce all over it. I do wish it came with pickled vegetables though!!! I also got a side order of fries that are basic fries but are elevated with za'atar seasoning. Only one size of fries are available, unfortunately, which I hope they will change in the future. I just wanted a kid's portion of fries to satiate my craving but ruined my diet (my own fault haha) by having to be brave and chow down on lots of fries for $4.25. My total was $12.20 and took about 8 minutes to be ready before I drove back to my office and enjoyed my lunch at my desk. As it was ordered to-go, it was packaged well and contained plastic silverware and napkins. Overall, Sittoo's is a nice local chain and I am happy to have one near my office.

After I arrived and paid with cash, the young man behind the counter handed me the change, and then tried to give me the pizza at the same time? I asked him to put the pie down because I was putting the bills away, something I thought was very obvious? Then when I got home and opened the box, I became more upset; the pizza was not thin crust, not crispy, with barely any toppings and nearly a 60% bread crust! Here is yet another pizza place that does not train their employees about common courtesy, active listening skills, or how to make a proper pie. Now if we choose to order from them again, we will have to double check everything, including the finished pizza. This is not our job! Very disappointed.
