Finally a new shaved ice place in kaneohe. Now I don't have to go so far to another place in town. They have really cool games for the kids to play with. The owners are super cool and local so I'm happy to support them. We spilled our shaved ice and we just needed a little bit more syrup but the owners are so cool. Decided to make us another one really went above and beyond what I expected so I really hope they succeeds

Shaved ice in Hawaii just hits different! This location was just as good as I knew it would be. The only downside is that you can only get three flavors. The upside, their portion sizes are huge! Doesn't matter if it's a small, medium or large.

Blue raspberry, mango, and green river. Topped with condensed milk and vanilla ice cream.

We found this little gem when we are going around exploring on our honeymoon. The owner was putting out HUGE bubbles with his kids, which made the ambiance super chill and friendly. The service was awesome- both owners were friendly and attentive to our food orders. The ice was so soft, creamy, and dreamy. We ate it sitting down on the bench next to the food truck. The bubbles and the mountains were you wonderful. If you are around the area, come check this awesome mom and pop food truck for some delicious Hawaiian ice!

He was so sweet & friendly! Awesome customer service!

Thursday, August 22, 2024: We were in an STR in Kaneohe and we were in search of some goodies! My brother, sister, son, and I saw this truck when we were buying malasadas nearby. We love supporting small & local businesses. We came up to the window and we were warmly welcomed by the nice young man. It took a while to make a choice but I settled on mango, sour apple, and watermelon. Unsure of what everybody else ordered. These delightful concoctions were huge and so very good! The young man conversed with my brother & sister and asked where we were from. Then he gave us some nice souvenir lanyards. Island people are so hospitable and really demonstrate that Aloha spirit. I know the rest of our family members came to get their shaved ice, too! We sat outdoors on benches by the food truck in a parking lot taking in that paradise island air relishing in our onolicious Hawaiian chilled dessert. Weather was perfect for eating Blazzing Hawaiian Chiller Express shaved ice! Wish you were in California!

Very fine shaved ice, no chunky ice pieces, generous amount of syrup without paying extra. Small is huge and includes 3 flavors, medium is more big and larger is humongous! Prices are reasonable. The owners are super nice. Definitely would go back. I had a small with 3 choices of syrup: coconut, lychee, banana topped with condensed milk, $1 extra. Loved it so much I forgot to take a photo. To keep the kids and adults occupied there's a bucket of bubble soap to make bubble designs!

Shave Ice in Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii... My neighbor pointed out this new Food Truck (with a train theme) in the parking lot of Windward Mall... next to the Leonard's Malasadamobile... on the corner of Haiku Road and Kamehameha Highway... It's been in our neighborhood for almost a month now... Blazzing Hawaiian Chiller Express used to be in the Kapolei area (the Leeward side of the island). This relatively new Small Local Business is run by a nice couple named Art and Carrie. They said they're going to expand the menu to include steak and crab! Wow! When i walked up to the window, I was greeted/helped right away. The menu was cheerfully explained - get up to 3 flavors in a bowl for $7.50. Toppings such as homemade mochi balls, ice cream, azuki beans, etc. have an additional charge. The list of flavors was intriguing. I finally decided on Butter beer, pickled mango, and watermelon (for color). I liked the variety and the fine texture of the fluffy ice! It was a generous portion! I wasn't able to finish! The lollipop was a cute addition! When you stop by, remember to get a Loyalty Card... and ring the bell for Good Luck! #supportLocal #supportSmallBusiness

My mom is addicted to this place. The shave ice is literally like soft fluffy fresh snow, zero chunks of ice. I grew up on a certain shave ice place in Haleiwa and another one in Kailua (both probably the most well known), and back in the day their ice was really soft like that but over the years it's just crunchy. These guys have lots of awesome flavors and all bowls come with a lollipop. The kiddies love the Stitch bubble machine and the employees are really friendly and fun to talk to. They also have a punch card, so make sure you get one cause I know whoever you are will become a repeat customer. They do have benches to sit on, but we like to open up the back of the van and people/car watch from the shade of the van. Keep in mind this truck doubles as a steak/crab popup over by Jack in the Box in the late afternoon/evening, so make sure you go earlier before you miss out!

All the flavors are perfect! Nothing goes wrong. Very sweet owners. It is certainly a vibe eating there.

Great service! Great shave ice with mochi balls that they make -not store bought -so ono! Was good fun playing with bubbles while waiting for our order. Nice local 'ohana.

Best shaved ice I've ever had. Prices are good and they're right next to a Leonard's! So good I drove 30min so I could have another before I flew home

Great shave ice on the Windward side. Located at the Windward Mall Parking Lot. Near old Macy's by Leonard's Malasadas. We had the keiki size for $5.50 plus add ice cream and snow cap for additional cost. Friendly service even their son was so helpful and sweet. Benches to sit. Comes with a lollipop for that extra special touch. Would definitely come back.

This is my first review of 2026!…read more Tonight I enjoyed the sticky rice with chicken anticucho and it is my favorite meal of 2026 so far. The chicken thighs were beautifully seasoned and slightly charred. The meat was cooked all the way through yet still juicy with bone in thigh. The purple sticky rice was perfectly done and I love the texture of sticky rice in general. The plate also came with sliced cucumbers and pickled mustard greens (reminiscent of Vietnamese pickled mustard greens - but in a much more vibrant green color). My favorite part of the meal was the tart and aromatic sauce that came in the meal. If you're not a fan of lime juice and fish sauce, you may want to use sparingly. However, I was thoroughly enjoying the sauce and when accompanied with a bit of the mustard greens, it toned down the sour aspect of the flavor profile. Overall, so delicious and I would love to find them again and enjoy more of their menu items!

Our food was ready in about 10 mins. One skewer and one short ribs cut in half (3 bones), served with cucumber slices, pickled veggies, and chili sauce. There was a lot of rice. Adela's is a small, take-out order only place, but extremely busy. We phoned in the order ahead of time and the wait time was about 45 mins. We got the Sweet Potato Noodles with Garlic Butter and Lechon. Gracious, it was delicious. Worth every penny. The lechon was crispy, tender, and flavorful. The noodles had the perfect texture and paired flawlessly with the garlic butter. We also got Okinawan Sweet Potato Poi Bread, but this unfortunately was blown out of the water by the noodles. I would not order the bread again, but would instead order 2 plates of food for myself, diets be damned. Easiest 5/5 of my life.

They indeed seemed to be very popular as I could see how busy the place was when we picked up ours. It's also a to-go concept only so we enjoyed our pasta at the bench right next to the venue. The pasta was organic and all homemade from peculiar natural ingredients including moringa, taro, sweet potato, bread fruit, avocado, and local saimin. The one serving us was so nice and attentive, which indeed seemed to be needed here given how rich selections they offered. You got the option to pick your own choice of pasta, sauce, and protein or went for their combo. We opted for the latter as we got their Lechon Malunggay Pasta, which was Moringa pasta with roasted pork belly. Portion was HUGEEE and certainly shareable unless your appetite was so big. Meat to pasta ratio was also super general. The pork was cooked to perfection with flawlessly crispy skin yet juicy meat. The pasta came in just the right texture and was already flavorful on its own. You could pick spiciness level for which we took mild and we thought we should've gone for spicy. We also got Ube cheesecake for dessert that was also gigantic LOL. We finished it finally after multiple servings and it was still so good despite kept in fridge overnight. Dense yet not overwhelming and the ube flavor was so strong and I could tell it used real ube. This place was seriously MUST GO!
