You check in and then take a really long escalator up to an area where you are greeted by a staff member who assigns you a locker for your shoes! That's right, this first locker only holds your shoes with their modern locking system unlocked by your wrist band. You are offered slippers and walked over to your respective change room where you are greeted by another staff member from behind a counter. This person asks which kind of outfit you would like - a thin silky robe or a comfortable pair of shorts and t shirt. You then find your locker and store your belongings and change into the provided outfit. Your walk through this change room alone is a spa like experience in itself. The women's change room has a sauna, steam room, hot tubs and showers with brand name soaps and shampoos. The water pressure in the shower was nice and strong, temperature control was easy making for a really comfortable experience. On your way out are a wall of vanity type stations fully equipped with hair dryers, q-tips, single use combs, mouth wash, any thing you can thing of all available for use at no extra cost. You're then free to wander the entire facility! The spa features: - many hot and cold rooms ranging in temperature. I recommend going in order so you really feel the difference in temperature changes. Each room is differentiated by unique wall decor - an infra red room - a gym where they provide running shoes. The gym has a few free weights, treadmills and other equipment - a movie theatre playing some old movies on a schedule (remember this used to be the FMP movie theatre) - a restaurant where the food was surprisingly superb! We tried the oysters, a rice dish, sushi and the hot drinks. Everything was delish. - billiard tables - a large lounge where you can work, chill or play board games which are available for rent! In this lounge, you are also able to purchase snacks and drinks The upper level is used for paid additional services such as manis/ pedis and massages. The admission price allows you to stay as long as you want (up to 24 hrs)! Unique experience worth checking out!

This is my 3rd visit to Go Place. When I first visited right…read moreafter it opened, the waiting line was so long that it took me a while to mentally prepare to come back again. I came back after about 5 yrs, and the wait is still pretty long. If you enjoy sauna and jjimjilbang, I would definitely recommend this place. The facility is very spacious and they have multiple rooms with different temperatures. There are also lounge areas with a pool table, gym, computer area like a PC room, sleeping rooms, and even a restaurant. Everything is clean and well maintained, and there are multiple water dispensers with paper cups. In the shower area, they provide towels and all the basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower caps, so you don't really need to bring anything. Just bring your swimsuit and underwear. One thing to note is that slippers, socks, and robes were extra. It opens 24 hrs so you can stay overnight if you want but there is an additional fee. I stayed overnight this long weekend with a friend because we needed some rest, and it was such a relaxing and enjoyable time. We got to sweat, detox, eat, and just unwind. I think this will be our go to spot in the winter

This Caesar Spa location is inside Sheraton Parkway Hotel at the lower level…read more The decoration of this spa is quite nice. The theme is more Asian spa, think in the line of Thailand and Bali.. There is also a nice outdoor patio area (one time I took a yoga class at the patio, it was quite nice. however the patio is right next to an entrance door and there were people kept slamming the door for the whole time!) I have facial treatments and a hot stone massage here on 2 occasions. The treatments itself were all quite good. The facial massage was excellent and I was really relax. The only comment are the treatment rooms have really thin walls so you can hear all the conservations and people walking around or pushing their equipments while you doing your treatments. The therapists can be quite pushy trying to sell you packages... ( I just tell them I will think about it..) They do have couple room, so you can have a facial with your friends or a massage with your loved ones! Watch for special or package deal. There are more specials deals at the location inside the shoppes of Parkway, if you are more price oriented!

This was literally the ***ABSOLUTE WORST*** spa that i've ever been to. I don't normally write…read morereviews for services, however, this place made me want to warn future customers of the quality of their services and our disappointment with our experience. My friend and I booked the "Renew Package" that included a 45 minute massage, a mani, and pedi. We wanted to have a relaxing experience for our birthdays, and we got the complete opposite. Firstly, the same people did the massage and mani/pedi, and they absolutely didn't know a single thing they were doing. They weren't RMT, so I couldn't really expect a lot from the massage. However, they claimed to be "PROFESSIONAL" estheticians, which was ABSOLUTELY not the case. After our massage, they began with our pedicures, and they had such a small selection of colours. For the quality of service that they offer, they are extremely overpriced --- a pedi is $45, and they said it would cost us another $20 additional for shellac, compared to much better quality nail salons like Aphrodite Spa and Nails that charged only $55 for a shellac pedicure. Moreover, my pedicure was done so poorly --- The nails weren't filed cleanly, and she left rugged edges. The nail polish didn't even cover the full toe, and she didn't even nip out the dead skin around the nails to give is a clean finish. They didn't even know what I meant when I asked if they sterilize their equipment after each use. My friend and I can already tell that the service was terrible, but since we got the package that included a manicure, we decided to just go ahead with the manicure. TERRIBLE IDEA. My friend had shellac nail polish on, and they didn't even know how to properly take it off, and had the audacity to charge her $15 for poorly scraping it off. As I was getting my manicure, the lady didn't seem like she even knew how to use a nail file. I asked for square shaped nails, and every time I looked at them, they were uneven, so she kept filing them down until they weren't even the length I wanted anymore, and so I just filed them myself. Similar to my toes, the lady didn't even clean up the skin around my fingernails. There were clearly still hang nails and cuticles left to take off, yet she was about to put nail polish on already. As for my friend, the lady cut her cuticle too deep and ended up cutting skin off that left her open wounded, which made her nails bleed. After this, we've had enough and told them that we would rather not have our manicures. Since it was part of the package, we thought we would only be getting charged the discounted price of the pedicure. The package altogether was $125 (which I argued was only $115 online when we booked it), but since we didn't do the manicure, she just charged us full price for massage and pedicure which was $115 ($129.95 with tax). I explained to her that with the terrible service that we received, we should at least only be charged with the discounted price of the pedicures instead of charging us $45 for a half done pedicure. We even showed her all the things that were wrong with our pedicures (for example, nail polish painted on the skin around the nails). After expressing our dissatisfaction with their services and quality of work, they claimed that they can't do anything for us, leaving us incredibly disappointed with our overall experience.
