Disappointing visit and lack of follow-up from staff…read more Based on my recent visit and no follow-up to address these issues, I wouldn't recommend Hamman Spa, especially at the price point it is. I've been to Hammam Spa a few times before and really enjoyed it, so I was looking forward to having a couples massage with my partner. Unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to past experiences. Our treatment room had a constant loud noise, similar to a boiler room, which made it very hard to relax. When I asked my massage therapist about it, they said nothing could be done. Separately, my partner's therapist wore headphones throughout the entire massage, and their music was loud enough that I could hear it over the spa's music. I found this to be not only distracting, but unprofessional. With headphones in, they may not have heard if they needed to adjust pressure or if the person on the table speaks up. At this level of service, I expected the therapist's full attention. The front desk staff were kind and apologetic when I mentioned it afterward. They explained the noise came from the pump that sends essential oils to the steam room, and that it could have been turned off. They offered to have a manager would call me the following Tuesday. That call never came. I followed up by phone on Thursday and was told a message would be passed along to the manager. I still haven't heard back, and it's now been over three weeks. At around $500 for a couples massage, I expected a calm, attentive experience, and at the very least a follow-up when things didn't go as planned. The issues during the massage were frustrating, but the lack of response and acknowledgment afterward has been the most disappointing part. I hope management takes this feedback to the team, because the front desk team clearly cared and the space has so much potential.

Just calling it deep tissue massage would be understating her skills, as she employed a perfect combination of pressure and precision that blew past the knots in my back and into my soul lol. Without saying a word, she was able to diagnose my trouble spots and was able to significantly improve my personal well-being. Definitely recommend.

This was a shock and it is a disgusting habit, so during my 45 minute foot massage, I struggled with the idea of her hands on my feet right after she smoked. 2 - The front desk reception lady was rude, has been in the past, when I asked about the TV not working properly... she dismissed my request. Then it was her that called me after I left, asking for a bigger tip, but never asked me why such a small tip, then she said "never book Vivian again". I am very sensitive to smokers, others could be allergic, and it is a vile and bad health habit and should be kept private, and at least done outside their back door which I know other staff go to... I would never book Vivian again because of her unfortunate smoking habit then touching my feet or body, but mostly the front desk lady is rude, has an attitude, and I truly hope the owner reads this post and takes action to correct this staffing issue... There are other posts citing similar problem with her...all other staff have been nice over the years. I have shared this story with 4 other people that were clients at Warden, and they said they will not go back to this location. We found a few other decent places.

There are his and her change rooms where you can also find a stream room and sauna. Full shower facilities with access to shampoos, lotions, hair dryers etc. They carry La Labo for their body products which is quite nice. Lounge area is co-ed but is small. This is where you can find complementary water, coffee, tea and light snacks. Couples massage room is like any other massage room. Two tables and a standard soaker tub that looks like it only fits one. Massage was okay but I know like other places, depending on who you get it's hit or miss. We were celebrating a birthday so a complementary glass of prosecco was offered. I ranked it a 3 but In general better than a 3 but not quite a 4. I know it's been upgraded and is more zen and modern but I miss the old space where there were more options of services.

Once the massage is done, you go to another room where you get your hair blow dried. They have Dyson hair dryers and use salon products like the Revlon and Moroccan Oil.
