Her massage room is such a comfortable room - mood music, pillows, even an eye mask to fully relax. Currently she only works 2 days a week and she has another RMT there to cover the rest of the days (I have never used the other RMT so I can't comment on that, however if Sophi picked her then I know she must be good). I started my treatment just recently and I can safely say this place provides exceptional service. Irina M's ability to connect and consult were integral for me. In little to NO time she exhibited efficiency and effectiveness to penetrate the target areas where I currently suffer a sport injury. I am a professional dancer who has some old injuries, sour muscles, and who experiences different seasons of working with my body: from performance season to training and self-work season etc. along with all aspects of daily life that take a toll on my most precious tool. She is so knowledgeable about the body, about how our emotions, stress and health matters affect our body physically, and how to care for ourselves internally. Whenever I come for services, we are able to talk about what health issues may be causing what response, and I am better able to understand the impacts of past injuries, how to prevent them in the future and how to care intentionally about certain parts of my body moving forward. I have never met a masseuse with such a range of knowledge and understanding of massaging and who uses different massaging techniques, pressures and methods in an intentional and intuitive way. Tamika is a star masseuse and I will miss her so much if I have to move away from the city.
