When we walked in, we felt a little awkward and no one told us where to sit. Once we sat down, our server (wish I had her name), was wonderful. We have been going to Chill every weekend for about the last 2 months. It's a football crowd of which we know. The last 3 times we have had to send our cold food back. Nothing fancy - jalapeños and nachos. We are aware of the 3 pm price change on weekends for drinks but never in my wildest dreams would think Grey Goose and club soda would be considered a premium drink vs a call drink and be $10 for a short glass beverage. I know it never has been in the past. Just letting people know in case they are not aware. Most restaurant say $5 call which Grey goose should be but not today. The Manager was very condescending and rude. The food when warm is mediocre at best and the staff is unorganized. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

I have to admit, I thought this was going to be more sub par bar food but I was completely wrong. My burger was fantastic! Fries were hot and seasoned. The chicken wrap was delicious too with homemade chips. Service was good and it was busy since their was a UFC fight on. Plenty of TVs to watch any game you want, but I have to tell you, I was surprised at how fantastic the food was. I almost feel like I should apologize to Chill for thinking it was going to be bad, and it wasn't. Great daily specials and good prices! Dance floor open later in the night too. We came here as a last minute choice since a lot of places were packed. We sat ourselves and had a really sweet waitress. The vibe here is "chill" and it's a sports bar. We ordered a few drinks and appetizers to start. For drinks I got the Malibu drink and also their jolly rancher martini which were both good but tasted if there was more juice than alcohol. The appetizers was the mac and cheese bites and the chips and salsa. The mac and cheese bites were really good and I highly recommend it. The chips were ok. I felt like things went kinda bad when I got my entree. I ordered their burger and fries. The burger was really dry and plain and the fries were actually disgusting and soggy. I came with a group of local business people for a networking event. The put us in the back room which had plenty of tables for our group to spread out. They also turned the tv's on so we would have some background items to look at if we needed. Hannah was our only waitress and she was great. Everyone had separate checks which can be tough but she handled everything quickly. She made sure no ones drink was every empty. We had a couple of appetizers and they were about what you would expect at a sports bar. They have a great patio that I can see enjoying during nice weather. They have quite a few beers, a small wine selection and a large variety of different mules. Happy hour prices are comparable to other sports bars so get in before 7pm for a discount. read more

New season, great service today by the waitress. There's a new manager so we will see what this season is like. Always here for the Browns games. However, Raider's fans reserved the back room for 3:00 (their game starts today at 3:25), so naturally they arrive at 1:30. Browns game started at noon and we've been watching the game. Manager comes over at 2PM to let us know that the room is reserved at 3 and switches the TV randomly. I told him our game should be over before theirs begins. He honored my request to change the TV BACK to our game. There's not even a time conflict with the games-why create conflict? One manager (in a red shirt) Fabio, came over to help the waitress once the back room filled up and was extremely friendly. He told us we were fine to stay (only 2 minutes left in the game). Raider fans were also kind. It's unfortunate they didn't let us know the room was reserved when we first came to avoid an awkward situation. read more

I literally rescued a customer who was black out drunk on the floor. The staff payed no attention to her. Here I am trying to get in, and I'm turned away. What kind of establishment is this? I'm upset because I was turned away for no reason at all. The door guy, who was extremely rude and very selective of the guest he decided to let in, accused me of pulling the race card! 1. I never use the race card, and I never accuse anyone of racial attacks against me because I know the backlash it produces. So making false accusations was out of line! 2. I've lived here for 15 years, frequent this bar, and have never experienced the door guy attacking me for just being myself. 3. He made fun of my flaws. Not everyone is perfect! I've taken speech therapy for the past couple years to correct my speech impediments. The fact that I was immediately accused of being drunk is an understatement. The door guy verbally attacked me. It was good. Your typical run of the mill bar with daytime regulars. I went with my business partner. We started inside, which was spacious with lots of tables and bar space. I got convinced to try a Chilton, which I did not at all enjoy so our server brought me a cider to enjoy instead. There was a Yelp check-in deal for chips and salsa. The chips are seasoned and the salsa is pretty good so that was a nice surprise! We ended up on the patio at one point - it was a really warm afternoon, but they have fans with misters that really helped cool us down. I witnessed an intoxicated (married) woman being forcefully grabbed and made out with at the bar, she pushed him away several times. I told him to back off and he cussed me out in front of the workers who did nothing. I was told if I get involved I will be kicked out by the employees. She told me she wasn't comfortable, she followed me outside and asked for help, but several employees stepped up and told me to stay out of it or I'd be kicked out. When I tried to intervene I was told who I would be kicked out by (the manager, Blair), and when I tried to find that certain manager I was told they were "in the back". Pros: We were seated promptly Even though it was a Saturday night at Christmas time in Grapevine. Server was nice and friendly and did a really great job making sure we were taken care of. Atmosphere was fun and music was great. Prices were fair. They comped half of my meal because of reasons. I will explain below. Cons: The problem we had was with the food. There were four of us, my husband and I, as well as another couple of friends. My friend's husband got his nachos first. About 5 minutes later, my friend got her burger and fries and they were fine. Then I received my nachos. I had specifically asked for no jalapenos and they arrived covered in jalapenos, so they took them back and I thought I would be made a new plate of nachos. While I was waiting, my husband received his wings which were supposed to be covered in a dry rub but looked suspiciously not so dry but he started eating them anyway. Then I received a new plate of nachos with an apology. No big deal, so I started chomping down on my nachos but unfortunately it didn't take long to realize that instead of making me a new plate, someone had just picked most of the jalapenos off of my plate. I still had some jalapenos on my plate hiding under chips as well as jalapeno juice so I got several very spicy bites and I ended up not eating most of it. Then the server showed up with six wings in a styrofoam box and had to confess to my husband that they gave him entirely the wrong order and so they were sending him the right one home. I let her know what happened with mine and that it was entirely inappropriate because if I had been allergic to those jalapenos, they would have been responsible for my allergic reaction. She admitted to me that I should have gotten a new plate of nachos and she was really sorry. This was a pretty egregious oversight to be honest because like I said, if someone says they can't have something on their dish, they probably have a really good reason. And even if they don't, it's the kitchen's responsibility to make it right. They ended up taking half of the cost off of my nachos which I appreciated. I understand mistakes happen and they were busy, and I appreciated them trying to make it right. But again, they need to make a new plate for somebody when they mess up like that and not just pick off the item that was requested left off, especially if it's covering the entire dish. Luckily for them I just can't stand jalapenos or spice and I'm not allergic. Most everything else was okay though. read more
