I love going to Chili's but I definitely will not come back to this one. People said you can tell if the restaurant is clean or not by the cleanliness of the bathroom. My husband went to the bathroom and he said urine were all over the floor. He didn't even want to touch the door. He then passed by the kitchen, the garbage were piled high and overflow. As for the food, I ordered the Caribbean Salad which I love to eat. The lettuce was really bitter. Just horrible! My husband ordered the spareribs. There were practically no meat on the ribs. That, we had to tell the waitress to bring it back to the kitchen and get us another plate. Never coming back! read more

Friendly service, especially the wait staff at the tables. The food wasn't good. The cheese fries were mushy and tasteless. The massed potatoes was super salty. The BBQ ribs was small, with little meat, and dry. The only decent thing I tried was the flatbread. read more

I love Chili's but they have recently started pouring my beloved El Presidente from a tap. If the management of Chili's "my favourite chain" reads these reviews .Please let the bartenders do their job. Don't let the corporate scum win. Only a human can make a perfect Margarita. read more

Not that I expect great food at Chili's, but a few years ago it was a decent meal. We went a few weeks ago and it was horrible. The "salsa" they serve tastes like ketchup. The fajitas were soggy. The service was slow. Never going back. read more

Our recent visit to the west bury location was terrible. Chilis is usually amazing wherever we go, it was even amazing in Dubai. But, this is the worst location hands down. When we walked in the hostess didn't say hi. Then our waitress was terrible, she didn't smile or have a welcoming demeanor. Our food was not good. The enchiladas were soggy. Then, we ordered the chocolate molten cake to offset the bad entrees and they even messed that up. The ice cream melted and was dropped on the plate when it's supposed to go on top of the cake and there was chocolate syrup sprayed all over the whole cake and plate and the cake was broken into 4 pieces. Overall, the worst place I've ever been to, the worst service, the worst workers, and even the chef is terrible. The hostess nor the waitress said bye when we were leaving. I'm so disappointed I can't even put it in words anymore. I think they were racist against us. I want to erase this memory so I could go back to chilis for their amazing chocolate molten cake but this restaurant even ruined that. I will not ever return to this location. read more

It is hard for a chain to boast good food and service. Chili's in Westbury, NY does both. Service is always top of the line - don't notice too many changes in the staff. Food comes out prepared the same whatever day of the week and whoever is working the kitchen. read more

Chilis has always been a place that my friends and I come to, with the intention of sitting down and relaxing in an atmosphere that provides the calm surroundings and great food of a restaurant, combined still with the fun vibes and speedy service that you'd find in a sports bar. Servers are always professional, and actually seem happy to be doing their jobs, a rare combination in even the food industry, especially among fairly-priced dining options. I've recently started working at Chilis, as a result of many pleasant experiences, and have been asked for job applications a few times in the first couple of weeks. Customers that i now serve instead of represent seem to have the same impression of Chilis that I did. Its nice to be able to help maintain that kind of reputation with a team that allows fun to go hand in hand with efficiency. read more

I LOVE THIS place. Not authentic Mexican food, but American Mexican food but very well cooked. Never had any complaints here. Service is always good, and food is always consistently good which keeps me coming back. read more

Came here last night with two friends. I believe the waitress didn't give us the receipt back after we paid because she was afraid I would take the survey and let everyone know how horrible the service was. We sat down and was approached by a woman who was currently training. Don't remember her name. She said there were also two gentleman who would be helping out. Throughout the night not one ever came up to us to let us know they were helping out. First off the waitress had no knowledge about the beers. I asked her if she had pumpkin and she had no clue. She also told us incorrect beers that were include in the specials. I decided to just get an Iced Tea. I had a coupon for a free appetizer or dessert. We showed the waitress and ordered the Texas cheese fries as well as our entrees. After that there was a leak starting above our table. I felt as if I was taking a shower. The hostess moved us to a different table and she was very nice. We waited a while for our food. When it finally came out, the entrees came out before the Texas fries. We weren't happy. The manager came over quickly after that with our fries. She dropped them on the table and said I'm sorry about that these are on us. She also got us refills. Well obviously the fries are on you we had a coupon so that really did nothing for us. She never told us her name of anything or ever come back to check up on us. Honestly nobody checked up on us after that for about 10 minutes to see how our food came out or if we needed anything. We had empty cups that sat on our table for most of the night. Horrible pre-busing. The table across from us remained dirty for about 25 minutes. Not something we want to be staring at while we eat our dinner. The food was actually good though but that was defiantly the only positive. I got a to-go box for my food. Got our check then didn't see our waitress again for a while. Had to ask another gentlemen to find her for us so we can pay. He said he would take care of it for us which was the correct thing to do. We sat very close to the POS system where everyone was standing including the manager so I honestly think we should have been checked up on sooner and there should be no reason our table should be dirty. We all work at a restaurant down the street from this location. I am a manager, the other two friends I was with were a server and a cook. We were very disappointed with the service and our overall time at the restaurant. If this doesn't improve Joes Crab Shack opening next to you will steal a lot of your business. I know they will get mine as I don't plan on returning. read more

My first visit. Got the appetizers in time. But the meals took around 40 minutes to serve. As I was with family members and a holiday lunch, it didn't bother us. We enjoyed the food and service (except the delay for the main course) read more

This place is ok when you decide to eat in. However, when you call in an order I can only say one thing Hot Mess!!! You stand there for about twenty minutes even though you order 40 minutes ago , so get with the program. read more

The waitress was very attentive and the food and drinks were not only what I expect from a restaurant but what I'll accept. Only problem, because of the electric kiosks, there is very little host/hostess costumer interactions. read more

Everytime we have eaten at the Farmingdale Chili's our food has been excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. Great place to eat! read more

The Chili's at 1205 Corporate Dr Westbury NY is to be recommended. The food is appitizing and the service is friendly. The prices are family friendly and the special pricing event or two couldn't hurt. It's great for dinner but is also a wise choice for lunch. It's central for shopping and easy access for transportation. There's spicy for the adventurous or tasty & mild for those who want food with less "kick". Chili's Westbury is the place to go. read more

They served me a chicken appetizer and it was fried but the inside either tasted raw or it was mystery meat. I took some home and everyone who tasted it said it tasted very weird. Poor service with the seating and the food was cold. read more

With all my heart I have to say this is the WORST place I have ever been to. The service was absolutely non-existent, the server (Robert) was rude and the manager (Jean or smth like that) was absolutely clueless of what she is doing. It was my husband's Birthday and bad weather had ruined our BBQ plans so we decided to go to Chili's. Since the very beginning the service was a one big disappointment. The wait instead of estimated 5 minutes turned out to be 15 minutes. And it is at 9:30 in the evening when the restaurant was half-empty. Once we were set, the waiter didn't come for about 5 minutes. After we placed our order, and he brought our drinks, he said that he wanted to "confirm" that 5 of us ordered 4 meals and that is when my husband specifically explained to him my mother-in-laws order (we ordered 2 35-dollar combos and one extra meal). Seriously?! It's not a complicated order. As we were having our appetizers, the rest of my family decided to order another round of margaritas, but instead of Perfect one they wanted to try something different. After a few minutes of looking around, we finally spotted our server. He recommended taking Nino Margarita. Have to say those things are huge. But they are too strong. And when my husband mentioned it to server, he was "Of course, didn't you want the strongest drink". No, unlike some people, we want to enjoy the drink for the taste of it, not to get drunk. As the night progressed the service was getting worse and worse. When everyone's meals came out, my husband's meal was not what he ordered. It took forever for them to bring correct meal. And manager didn't even stop by to apologize. When we asked for extra tortillas for the fajita, server decided that we can wait another 10 minutes while he was chatting with another server. My sister-in-law wanted to order another drink, and that's when all the true nature of this place came out. As always, our server was nowhere to find. So we asked the one we saw. And he said "We don't serve alcohol in the dining room after 10:45pm. Seriously?! Well, ok, I get it. But our server was nowhere to find and he didn't even stop by to give "Last Call". So we asked for the manager. And the Manager was "Well, actually your server said that you are showing signs of being intoxicated". WOW! This is a shock! After 2 margaritas and full blown dinner. Plus I only had one drink. We might have been laughing a lot, but no one was even close to being drunk. I guess to smooth it all out, the manager decided to offer us a free desert. And guess what - it was added to our bill, which was dropped to our table with words "I hope you had a great Birthday!" in such a tone that I wanted to smack the guy. Being a server myself for few years during my college time, I always tip well (18-20%), but this server did not get a penny. If you don't know how to do your job, do something else. People go out for dinner to enjoy food and to have a good time. We don't expect you to go out of your way, but being a dushbag is not included in your job description. With all this being said, this is the worst place to go to. read more

I had the rib lunch special. We had the half order of BBQ ribs with the Dr. Pepper sauce and it was delicious. It came with fries which were good, It also came with a small salad that was good. It has came with a Molten Chocolate Cake which was amazing. We also had their Fried Asparagus which was very tasteful. I also had the Loaded Baked Potato Soup which was very good. The waiter was nice and friendly. read more
