My mom and I came here before a concert. Lovely atmosphere, we ended up sitting at the bar which worked just fine. Despite being busy (it was Valentines Day), we were served quickly! Chilis crispy chicken is always good for the most part when we get it! I Love a good crunchy outer layer. We got a kids size for our daughter, that's why the fries seem less in the picture. The Cajun chicken pasta was good, flavorful just the right amount of seasoning. Then I also got the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, they were a bit dry, But using the pico helps. I was sad to learn they stopped making the ancho ranch dip! That dip was the best. The service and atmosphere inside if you dine in is hit or miss, so we have been getting our order To go. I love that Chilis offers a margarita of the month each month. This month's margarita was the Grand Romance. This loved themed margarita was on brand with this month's love holiday. This margita was super good. I would give it a 10/10. It is made with premium ingredients such as Grand Marnier and Lunazul blanco tequila with monin blackberry, and Chili's fresh sour mix. fool me once chilis....got a push notification text about a free app for the eclipse. so i dragged my daughter out to go get some marg's & bites before the big event. i showed to server she took screen shot went to manager & came back & said "thats online only." then later on said " sorry again it was thru the Chilis app only."which was it? Im assuming those text alerts are to get us in the door. ok mission accomplished. they got us in & we spent but didnt honor their offer. you can look at screenshot yourself & see if it was misleading. no mention of app or online only. Manager had the choice to honor it & chose to ignore when server went to him about it . still paid server 16% gratuity even though she was knocking herself out & getting comps for the table behind us. I'll be unsubcribing to the Chilis notifications, i know at least when i get something from Wood n Tap they honor it, and that will prob be my choice next time. their $3 margarita specials are just as good if not better. and their nachos 10x better. read more

I've gone perhaps 25 times to this location over the last 6-7 years. 1 bad experience was an extremely slow Chili's To Go situation and they got the order wrong. They remedy the situation after so I commend them for that. The other was a busy night where it took us 1.5 hrs after being seated to get our food. Put those 2 instances aside and you can see why we continue to comeback. The food is consistently good to a chains quality level and they have great specials/dishes that beat out their neighbors TGI Fridays. I highly recommend this Chili's location to dine at. My only suggestions would be to avoid weekends (as is the rule of thumb for most restaurants). read more

It's a Chili's. What can I say? Bottomless chips and salsa were plentiful but too greasy. The chipotle chicken flatbread had congealed cheese on top was and wasn't quite edible. The chipotle chicken fiesta bowl was filling - probably the best thing on the table. The ziosk feature, where you can order dessert and drink refills and play tablet games, is kind of unique. But it's also a bit of a distraction. Also, the faucets in the women's bathroom have very minimal water coming out of them. This place can get so incredibly busy at 6pm on a Saturday. read more

Like I honestly don't understand how people still pay to eat at places like this. Here is my rundown after my recent 30th and last visit to this place. 1. The food is not good. And by not good, I don't mean terrible. I mean I've had plenty of dishes that tasted okay, but it just felt like I was eating something that came off a production line. Uninspiring, under seasoned and overall very sup-par. It's clearly a corporate menu prepared in a corporate kitchen. I'm sure there are people that will rave about the food here and that's fine, to each his own. I'm here to tell you, you can do WAY better within 3 miles of this place. 2. The service is about as consistent as my digestive system, which is really inconsistent. There have been nights where we've had great and attentive service, and then 2 months later were basically stranded for an hour waiting on a check. Don't get me wrong, I get that great service isn't always an easy thing to pull off, but there is definitely issues here either with training or with personnel. Either way, if I can't walk up to the front door of a place with at least more than a 50% hope of good service, it's not happening. 3. The prices, in my opinion, are too high for the quality and amount of food you get. I don't mind paying $20 for 2 bites of amazing food, I DO mind paying $15 for a plate full of mediocrity. Mediocre at best across the board here. 4. I'm no health nut, not even close. And I pretty much eat whatever I want without regret. Something about the food here though in general, it just doesn't "feel" good afterward. Not much else to say about that except that if you ARE health-conscious, don't even think about this place. 5. The location sucks, period. It's a dicey plaza and one that I completely refuse to go to unless I'm armed. Again, if the food was on point, I would gladly fight off the riff-raff, but in this case, it's not really worth it. In closing, honestly, do yourself a favor and seek out a locally owned, non-chain eatery. In my experience, even the disappointing meals at those places are better than the good meals here. And definitely, do NOT go across the parking lot to Buffalo Wild Wings, it's even worse. read more

The waitress took our order and it was another 15 minutes before 2 of our drinks came; I ordered a margarita and never got it. Let me start off by saying that the customer service here was great. Our waitress was kind and very attentive. The prices of the food are also fair. My sister and I decided to go for the 2 for $20 deal. You get 1 appetizer and 2 entrees for $20. That's a great deal! My sister and I both got the Cajun Chicken Pasta. I experienced the worst customer service this afternoon at this restaurant that I have ever experienced. I ordered the shrimp and chicken fajitas today with just chicken and shrimp on the platter and nothing else with a lot of shredded cheese. The order comes out and it has all the onions and stuff that usually comes with fajitas even after I told them that all I wanted was chicken and shrimp. So I sent it back after telling them again what I wanted and how I wanted it. So after wating another 15 minutes I asked my waitress how much longer before my food came out. So she goes and checks on it and comes back and tells me that they had it fixed again with all the peppers and onions again. Well by this time I am extremely upset and said just bring me a free burger and fries since I had to wait over 45 minutes for my food. But the manager Carlos and my waitress wasn't having any of it they were very rude and couldn't care less about me or what I wanted to eat. So I left the restaurant without eating and a very upset attitude towards this Chili's and all other Chili's. The way they treated me was unprofessional and very disappointing.
